MINISTRY

? is there or any demos for any of the MINISTRY disc from the mind is a terreble thing to tast on up ?

I would be interested in these as well, if they exist. As far as I know, only With Symapthy and Twitch had early versions/demos that surfaced, or am I wrong on this?

A video was shot, but probably scrapped due to the move to Arista. This is the studio version, as this song never saw an official release. 2 was a B-side to the Cold Life 12" and remained a staple of live shows up to the 1984 tour 3 was never released, but was intended to be a b-side for the Same Old Madness 12". A studio version probably exists, but has yet to surface. 4 is from the Cold Life 12", and was later reworked into “I Wanted To Tell Her”. This version features a mad keyboard solo by Al. 5 was a song from the Special Affect days, and only recently saw release on the Early Trax compilation. 6 and 7 are both unreleased tracks from the pre-With Sympathy days. Reportedly, when given a copy of America recently, Al didn’t even remember it. 8 and 9 are demo versions from the pre-With Sympathy sessions. 10 is a song from Paul Barker and Bill Rieflin’s pre-Ministry band, the Blackouts. A studio version ofthis track recently appeared on the History In Reverse compilation. 11 is a song from the With Sympathy sessions that never saw release. 12 is a song from the pre-With Sympathy sessions that nevr saw release. 13 is from With Sympathy, and was only performed live during the 1983 tour. 14 was only played live during the final leg of 1984 touring. 15 is from With Sympathy, and had become sort of a joke at this point, hence the “When I say work, you say love…” part. 16 is a Fad Gadget cover. 17 and 18 are unreleased tracks from the Post Arista, Wax Trax period and never saw release. 19 is an early live version of the song that was significantly reworked and ended up on Land Of Rape And Honey 20/21 was originally intended to be released on the Animal Liberation compilation before Twitch. It never saw the light of day, and much of the track ended up as the PTP track “My Favorite Things”. 22 is taken from the same practice sessions and is the only known recording of Al doing vocals on this track. 23-29 are taken from a soundboard recording that ended up being broadcast on CFNY in 1992. These are from the pre-broadcast version. 30 is another unreleased song from the Twitch sessions. Parts of the track were later reused as the 1000 Homo DJs track “Apathy”. 31 was written by Groovie Mann from My Life With The Thrill Kult. This song predates the band by several years. The music for this track ended up being reused forthe Lead Into Gold track “Hatred” 33 is a Fad Gadget cover, and is a reworked version of 16. 34 is a demo version taken from the Groovie 13 bootleg. Groovie Mann does vocals. 35 is the only recorded live version of a Lead Into Gold song. Paul Barker does the vocals on this. 36 is a completely reworked version done for the 1987 mintour. Al and Paul blew the advance Sire had given them for Land Of Rape And Honey before they finished the album. This tour was done to raise some funds. 37 is similar to the album version, but has vocals by Luc Van Acker. 38 is a demo version. This is not the same version as the studio version that was recently released on the remastered version of Beers Steer and Queers. 39 and 40 mark a rare performance of Lard songs. Jello Biafra does vocals. 41-47 are all from the Land Of Rape And Honey tour. All feature Ogre from Skinny Puppy on guitar. Ogre does vocals on 42 and 47. 48 was only done live twice - this show and the following night. K. Lite does vocals. 49 features Ogre on vocals. 50 is a Pailhead song with Joe Kelley from Lost Cause on vocals. 51-57 are from the homecoming show of the Mind tour in Merriville, IN. Portions ofthe show were later released, most overdubbed and some with some key performars actually removed from the recordings. 58 features Chris Connelly on vocals. 59 is a Black Sabbath cover and features Trent Reznor on vocals. 60 begins with a pre-war rant by Phildo of Skatenigs fame. 61 begins with a band introduction by Luc Van Acker 62 is a John Cale cover and features Chris Connelly on vocals. 63 is from one of a handful of shows on the 1992 tour with Chris Connelly doing back-up vocals on this song 67 turned out to be a mostly instrumental track, as AL loses his voice. 75 features Marco from Treponem Pal on vocals for Hero. 76 is the reworked version of the Twitch track done for the 2003 tour. 77 and 78 feature Ogre from Skinny Puppy on vocals. 78 is a Magazine cover and 79 is a Black Sabbath cover. I have gone to a lot of effort to ensure that all of these tracks meet the torrent guidelines. Some tracks did not meet these standards, and were not included. The following songs were past songs of the week, but were not included due to only being available in lossy format: *So What - Recorded live at the 4/22/03 Chicago show *Supermanic Soul - Demo Version *Step - 12" Version *Untitled Demo 1 (Carmichaels) *Untitled Demo 2 (Carmichaels) *Russian Folk Song Demo (Carmichaels) The following were past songs of the week, but were not included due to appearing on official releases: *We Shall Cleanse The World (Razorm@id Mix) - Released on a compilation by a popular remix service *Work For Love (Short) - Released on the Work For Love 7" *Work For Love (7" Mix) - Released on the Work For Love 7" *I Wanted To Tell Her (Extended) - Released on the I Wanted To Tell Her 12" *Show Me Your Spine (PTP) - Released on the Side Trax compilation cd *A Walk In The Park - Released as a B-side on the I Wanted To Tell Her 12" *Nature of Outtakes - Released on the Halloween 12" and more recently the Early Trax compilation *NWO Bonus Beats Mix - Promo mix. Here’s a listing:

No, not really.

Regarding the era you’ve asked about, what’s surfaced so far is really just live versions of stuff, including a few non-album covers by RevCo.

EDIT: Oh, and a few Dark Side demos that you might be interested in.

The Dark Side demos are pretty identical, only some of the bridges were extended on a few cuts with added samples.

Revco-

Can you break this up according to era? It seems like it would be a good read, it really is just a mess of words at the moment.

Ctrl-F is your friend

Ha, I couldn’t even remember if I kept all those descriptions I worked up or not. Here’s the full list - broken down by posting, not chronologically. Feel free to re-order, if you wish.

  1. What About Us - This is the studio version. This was put up for download on the site long before the Song Of The Week started. This was around the time it appeared on the AI soundtrack.
  2. NWO (Bonus Beats Mix) - This is a vinyl-only remix taken from the Mix It Yourself 2x12". This was a promo-only release from 1992.
  3. Same Old Madness - This was originally intended to be a single in the spring of 82. A video was shot, but probably scrapped due to the move to Arista. This is the studio version taken from the video.
  4. Nature Of Outtakes - A remix of Nature Of Love from the WAX 020 12". At the time this was put up, it was only available on the long-deleted 12". It was later rereleased on the Early Trax compilation.
  5. A Walk In The Park - The B-Side from the I Wanted To Tell Her 12". I’m not sure of the exact lineup on this, but it’s definitely at least Jourgensen/Pothier/Jones.
  6. No Devotion (Live 12-16-88) - Live version of the Revolting Cocks track from the Land Of Rape And Honey tour. This features Ogre from Skinny PUppy on vocals.
  7. So-So Life (Live 7-14-83) - A song from the With Sympathy period that never saw release. Unlike many other early songs, this one doesn’t appear to date from the pre-Arista days, as it was only played live on the With Sympathy tour and never heard again.
  8. Eyes Of Christ (Live 6-6-86) - An unreleased song from the post-Twich era. This was likely written by the Jourgensen/Barker/Rieflin/Barker lineup from the tour. Pieces of this were later recycled as the 1000 Homo DJs song “Apathy”
  9. Isle Of Man/Where You At Now (Live 4-10-86) - The blended version of these songs that was played on the Twitch tour. This show was recorded and was used as a radio broadcast several times by CFNY over the years. This version comes from the pre-broadcast master, and is a much clearer version than the other versions in circulation.
  10. Over The Shoulder (Live 4-10-86) - Again, a soundboard live version from one of only 2 known recordings from the Twitch tour.
  11. Love Change (Live 7-10-82) - One of the cheesier songs from the pre-With Sympathy days. This song never saw release and was only played live at the summer 1982 live dates.
  12. Hellfudge (Live 10-31-88) - A rare live Lard performance featuring Jello Biafra on vocals. This was the opening date for the Land Of Rape And Honey tour. Since Ogre hadn’t joined the tour yet, several songs were played that were not on the standard LORAH setlist.
  13. Just Like You (Live 4-10-86) - Again, a soundboard live version from one of only 2 known recordings from the Twitch tour.
  14. I See Red - An unreleased song from 1985 or 86. Originally intended for a single release and scrapped from the Animal Liberation compilation, it unfortunately never saw release. It was probably performed live on early dates of the Twitch tour in 1986, but no live recordings of it exist. This version is taken from a practice session in 1986. All known versions have the bleed over of the With Sympathy songs, which probably happened on an early cassette version of tehrecording.
  15. Blackouts: Young Man - The first song released from the Blackouts after Paul Barker joined as bassist. The original release incorrectly credits Mike Davidson on bass. At the time this was put up, it was only available on the long-deleted Seattle Syndrome compilation. It was later rereleased on the History In Reverse compilation.
  16. Breathe (Live 2-22-90) - The 2/22/90 Marriville show was the big “homecoming show” of the Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Taste tour. Though they played another show in Ann Arbor two nights later, this was the big finale and featured an extended setlist and some of the tightest performances of the tour. The band filmed and recorded this show, releasing several tracks on the In Case You Didn’t Feel Like Showing Up EP and VHS and two more on the Berrs Steers And Queers 12". Unfortunately these were severely overdubbed and didn’t even list the correct show as the live source. This is an un-abridged audience recording of the entire show in its glory.
  17. Missing (Live 2-22-90) - see above
  18. Diety (Live 2-22-90) - see above
  19. Man Should Surrender (Live 2-22-90) - see above

  32. Flag Pledge (Live 2-22-90) - see above
  33. Land Of Rape And Honey (Live 2-22-90) - see above
  34. Supernaut (Live 5-6-03) - The Animosity tour in 2003 featured quite a few surprise guests and a rotating encore setlist. This is from the Philadelphia show where Ogre from Skinny Puppy made one of his two guest appearances on this tour, performing vocals on Supernaut and The Light Pours Out Of Me.
  35. All Day (Live 5-1-87) - After the band supposedly blew their advance for LORAH, they played a short tour in mid-87 to raise some funds. The setlists were very different than the previous or later tours, and included quite a few reworked versions of sngs that never saw commercial release. This reworked version of All Day is very different from the original and is the only known recording of this version.
  36. Chickenshit (Live 1-17-91) A John Cale cover added to the setlist for the Beers Steers And Queers live dates in Europe only, though Chris Connelly did add it to the setlist during his first solo tour in 1992.
  37. The Light Pours Out Of Me (Live 5-6-03) - Again, featuring Ogre from Skinny Puppy on vocals
  38. Attack Ships On Fire (Demo) - Not realy a demo, this is taken from the same 1986 practice session as I See Red. It’s notable for being the only known recording of the song with Al on vocals.
  39. Show Me Your Spine - The infamous first PTP track, recorded in 1987 and used in Robocop. This marks the first collaboration between Al, Paul and Ogre. At the time this was put up, it had never been made commercially available, but was later rereleased on the Side Trax compilation.
  40. America (Live 7-10-82) - An unreleased song from the early days of the band. This is unfortunately the only known recording, and when presented with the track, Al had no recollection of the song at all.
  41. Tonight We Murder (Demo) - An early version of the Stigmata B-side with Groovie Mann on vocals. This is from the Groovie 13 bootleg.
  42. We Believe (Live 3-30-03) - Another treat from the Animosity 2003 tour. By fan request, the band performed a Twitch song live for the first time since the 1988 tour.
  43. Never Asked For Nothing (Live 5-2-82) - An unreleased song from the pre-With Sympathy days. This was supposedly slated for release as a B-side to the Same Old Madness 12", so a studio recording probably exists somewhere.
  44. Blackouts: Chipped Beef (Live 7-14-83) - A live recrding from the Blackouts’ first national tour in 1983. Coincidentally, this show had them opening for Ministry. At the time this was put up, this name of this track was unknown. Later, a studio version was released on the History In Reverse compilation, giving a name to this previously untitled track.
  45. Overkill (Live 5-18-82) - A staple of the band’s early live sets, Overkill was often used as a closer so the band could let loose. This recording comes from an early performance at On Broadway with the band all wearing suits. It was recorded and used as a radio broadcast several times over the years. This version is taken from a master version of the source, and should be the best version available.
  46. Test (Live 1-11-90) - The most hated song from The Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Taste was played live on a handful of dates on the 1989/90 tour. This is one of them. Of course, featuring the Grand Wizard K on vocals.
  47. Hatred (Live 5-1-87) - The only known live version of a Lead Into Gold song. This was played live along with quite a few other oddities on the 1987 pre-LORAH mini tour.
  48. I Wanted To Tell Her (Extended) - The extended and completely re-recorded version from the I Wanted To Tell Her 12". This features additional vocals and is the definitive version of the song. This version was the A-side on most versions of the I Wanted To Tell Her 12".
  49. Work For Love (Short) - One of the remixes from the Work For LOve 12". This remix is primarilly notable for its inclusion of one verson of the “But I’m willing to work!” breakdown.
  50. So What (Live 4-22-03) - Another of the guest appearances froom the 2003 tour, Chris Connelly did guest vocals on So What at the Chicago show. This marks his last collaboration with Ministry. Unfortunately, a lossless version of this has yet to surface, so this is presented here in the best quality available.
  51. Jesus Built My Hotrod (Live 7-6-99) - Jesus Built My Hotrod managed to remian unplayed live from its release in 1991 until the 1999 tour. When they finally played it live, Al did vocals. He lost his voice during this performance, making this a mostly-instrumental live version.
  52. Revenge (Demo) - A demo version of Revenge featuring different keyboard sounds in the intro
  53. Rickys Hand (Live 6-6-86) - A Fad Gadget cover from the encore of a show from the Twitch tour.
  54. Get Down (Live 8-9-90) - A full 12 minute version of this song was included as part of the regular setlist for the 1990 Revco Beers Steers And Queers tour featuring Chris Connelly doing a great Ogre impression.
  55. Supernaut (Live 8-9-90) - Trent Reznor toured with Revco for much of the 1990 tour, doing vocals on Supernaut. This is the only known recording of a performance with him on this tour.
  56. Do You Even Like It (Live 10-24-84) - This song was only performed on tour dates late in 1984 and is otherwise unknown.
  57. Cattle Grind (Demo) - A demo version from 1987. This could possibly be the version that was slated for release as a 12" in 1987 and differe significantly from the studio version that was later released on the rerelease of Berrs Steers And Queers.
  58. We Shall Cleanse The World (R@zormaid Mix) - A remix from a popular remix service featuring different lyrics. Unfortunately a lossless version has yet to be tracked down, so it’s being presented here in the best quality available.
  59. Golden Dawn (Live 12-16-88) - A live version from the LORAH tour
  60. Every Day Is Halloween (Live 4-10-86) - Again, a soundboard live version from one of only 2 known recordings from the Twitch tour.
  61. Whip Or Chain (Live 7-17-99) - The setlist for the Dark Side Of The Spoon tour mainly consisted of songs played live on the Sphinctour, 3 years earlier. This song was played at a few shows early in the tour and then never played live again.
  62. Abortive (Live 5-1-87) - From the only known recording of a show from the pre-LORAH mini-tour, this version of Abortive features vocals by Luc Van Acker.
  63. No Bunny (Live 12-15-88) - No Bunny was the only Pailhead song to be included in the regular setlist on the LORAH tour. Unlike the version they played on the Mind tour 2 years later, this version features Al on vocals.
  64. Wrong (Live 10-7-04) - For the first time since Filth Pig in 96, the Houses Of The Mole tour featured a significant number of songs from the new album in the setlist. The standard setlist started with the first 7 songs on the new album played in order. Each of these were featured as songs of the week at some point.
  65. Thrill Kill Kult (Live 6-6-86) - Another unreleased gem from the Twitch era, Al itroduces this song as being written by “Frank” That’s Frankie Nardellio from My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult. This song predates both the band and the abandoned movie of the same name. The music for the song was most likely written by the tour band lineup of Jourgensen/Barker/Rieflin/Barker and was later used for the Lead Into Gold track “Hatred”.
  66. Hizbollah (Live 12-14-84) - This instrumental track was played often durng the 1984 tour and was later reworked with added sampled vocals and released as Hizbollah on LORAH. This marks the first appearance of any song rom LORAH and marked anindication of the major changes in the band’s sound that were to come.
  67. No W (Live 10-20-04) - Another of the new tracks brought out for the Houses Of The Mole tour in 2004. This was the opener. While they played this song, Al would typically batter a person in a W mask.
  68. Primental (Live 5-18-82) - A live performance of the B-side from the Cold Life single that was later reworked into I Wanted To Tell Her. As with the above song from this show, this is taken from a soundboard source and is by far the best version available.
  69. Step (12" Version) - This slightly extended version is taken from the “Dark Side Demos”, an early version of the Dark Side Of The Spoon album. The title and the fact that it was completed and included on an advance copy of the album indicate that it might have been intended for a single taht went unreleased.
  70. You Know What You Are (Live 12-15-88) - One of the new tracks from LORAH, this song debuted live on the 1988 tour.
  71. What Is The Reason (Live 7-14-83) - Another unreleased track from the days before With Sympathy. This comes from the Philadelphia show on the WS tour. The whole show was recorded by someone named Julia, but the guy who hooked me up with the partial recording disappeared years ago. The whole recording of this show is out there, so hopefully the guy will surface someday.
  72. Crumbs (Live 8-27-99) - Supposedly the early versions of several songs from Filth Pig were recorded much faster. The demos have yet to surface, but this is as close as we’re likely to get until they do. This is the faster version of Crumbs played throughout the US leg of the tour.
  73. Ill Do Anything For You (Live 12-14-84) - An unreleased song from late 84. It’s of somewhat rough quality, but it’s one of the least-played songs from that tour, as it was only added to the setlist in November and then retired a month later.
  74. Smothered Hope (Live 1-13-90) - Live cover of the Skinny Puppy song with Ogre on vocals
  75. I See Red Take 2 - A much upgraded version of the song taken from the second half of the same practice sessions as the version above.
  76. Burning Inside (Live 11-1-92) - Live from the Toronto stop on the full Psalm 69 tour. One of a very few times Chris Connelly did vocals on this song.
  77. My Posession (Live 4-10-86) - The common version of the 4/10/86 Toronto show has 6 songs. The upgraded copy that later surfaced from the master recordings had several additional tracks. This is one of them, and marks the only known live recording of this song.
  78. Nature Of Love (Live 10-24-84) - Though it was a released as a single in 1984/85 The Nature Of Love was only performed live during the later part of the 1984 tour and was never played live again. This is one of a handful of live recordings of the song.
  79. Supermanic Soul (Demo Version) - As with the 12" version of Step above, this comes from the Dark Side Of The Spoon demos. This was one of the few songs on the demos that differed greatly from the version that ended up on the album, most notably in the samples that were dropped from the final version. As with the other tracks sourced from these demos, a lossless source has yet to surface, so they are presented here in the highest quality available.
  80. Work For Love (Live 10-24-84) - By late 1984, Al had already begun to dismiss the With Sympathy material, but still included several songs in the live performances. This performance shows a later, probably intentionally cheesy version of the song. “When I say work, you say love”
  81. Drums Along The Carbide - A remix of Union Carbide that was available only on a flexidisc included with an issue of Reflex magazine
  82. Eureka Pile (Live 8-24-99) - Another of the Dark Side songs that was played very briefly on the Dark Side Of The Spoon tour. Eureka Pile made several appearances on the later part of the US leg of the tour and was then packed up and never played live again.
  83. Carmichaels: Untitled Demo - One of 3 demos recorded by The Carmichaels, a pre-Ministry band featuring Al. As with the other Carmichaels demos, lossless versions were not available, so they are presented here in the best quality available.
  84. Animosity (Live 5-15-03) The Animosity tour n 2003 featured only 3 new songs from the album in the regular setlist. This is the recording of the Tampa version of Animosity, the opener.
  85. Work For Love (7"mix) - Another remix of Work For Love. This one is on the UK Work For Love/For Love 7" and is most notable for including a different version of the classic “But I’m willing to work!” breakdown. Listen to it and try not to laugh.
  86. We Believe (Live 4-10-86) - Again, a soundboard live version from one of only 2 known recordings from the Twitch tour. This is another of the tracks missing from the common version of the broadcast.
  87. The Light Pours Out Of Me (Live 12-12-88) - A cover of the Magazine song. This was in the regular setlist for the LORAH tour. As with all performances of this song onthis tour, Ogre from Skinny Puppy does vocals.
  88. Bad Blood (Live 8-27-99) - The only song from The Dark Side Of The Spoon to be featured in the regular setlist on the tour for the album.
  89. Carmichaels: Untitled Demo 2 - The second of 3 demos from the pre-Ministry band with Al The group was also known as The Silly Carmichaels and later as The Not-So-Silly Carmichaels. As with the other Carmichaels demos, lossless versions were not available, so they are presented here in the best quality available.
  90. Time To Melt (Live 10-31-88) - One of only a few special occasions when the band pulled out this 30 minute classic from the first Lard EP and played the whole thing live. Unfortunately, this version is cut and is only 15 minutes long. This obviously features Jello Biafra on vocals.
  91. No Devotion (Live 6-6-86) - This Revco song was covered in the regular setlist of the Twitch tour with Al on vocals.
  92. Psalm 69 (Live 8-27-99) - This song was in the regular setlist for both legs of the Dark Side tour. This version is from the US leg, when the band dropped the slower intro.
  93. Razors Edge (Live 1-17-91) - This song made it’s only live appearances on the European dates of the Beers Steers And Queers tour. As expected, this features Luc Van Acker on vocals.
  94. The Fall (Live 5-12-96) - This song was in regular rotation during the Filth Pig tour. This performance is taken from a soundboard version of the Las Vegas show and was used as a radio broadcast.
  95. Beers Steers And Queers (Live 1-17-91) - A live performance from the European leg of the Beers Steers And Queers tour.
  96. Ricky’s Hand (Live 10-24-84) - A version of the Fad Gadget cover from the 1984 tour. This has a different arrangement than the version performed on the 1986 tour.
  97. Where You At Now (Live 12-15-88) - The intro track for the LORAH tour, this has a different arrangement and lyrics from either the album version or the version performed live in 1986.
  98. Hero/Thieves (live 2-28-03) - Another of the guest appearances from the Animosity tour, Heroes features Marco from Treponem Pal on vocals.
  99. I Wanted To Tell Her (Demo) - Another demo from the With Sympathy sessions, this is from the same source as the Revenge demo above.
  100. Do You Think Im Sexy (Live 6-9-06) - Since the Revolting Cocks never toured for Linger Fickin Good, none of that material was played live until the band was resurrected with a new lineup in 2006. This was one of the songs included in the setlist and played live for the first time on this tour.
  101. Filth Pig (Live 8-27-99) - Another track from late in the Dark Side tour, when the band was a little more free with experimentation. This version features quite a bit of sax by Max Brody.
  102. WTV (Live 10-30-04) - Another of the new tracks debuted on the Houses tour in 2004. This one came as a surprise in the live setlist due to the heavy sampling.
  103. Man Should Surrender (Live 1-15-90) - A live version of teh Pailhead track from a bit earlier n the tour than the version from the Merriville show. As with all versions from this tour, this features Joe Kelley from Lost Cause on vocals.
  104. You Know What You Are (Live 12-12-88) - Another live version of this song from the LORAH tour. This version has a girl from the audience grabbing the mike and doing vocals for a bit. Can’t really blame the band for bringing a big chainlink fence the next time around.
  105. Im Falling (Live 5-2-82) - One of the earliest Ministry tracks taken from one the earliest known recording of the band. The band opened for Romeo Void at this show.
  106. Dead Guy (Live 2-24-03) - A solid live version of this song from Filth Pig.
  107. Jesus Built My Hotrod (Live 9-17-06) - By popular request, since the previously featured version had no vocals, we added a better live version of Jesus Built My Hotrod. As with all performances on this tour, this is the Redline/Whiteline remix.
  108. All Day (Live 4-10-86) - Again, a soundboard live version from one of only 2 known recordings from the Twitch tour.
  109. Scarecrow (Live 6-29-96) - A great version of Scarecrow from teh Sphinctour.
  110. Great Satan (Live 6-27-06) - One of the new songs debuted on the standard setlist for the 2006 tour.
  111. TV Song (Live 12-1-92) - Chris Connelly wrote the lyrics to TV Song but he didn’t sing either the original version or TVII, which ended up on Psalm 69. The song was performed at a couple dates on the Lollapalooza tour, but Connelley had broken with the band at the time so he didn’t perform it on that tour either. Finally, he joined the band on the Psalm 69 tour proper and sang the song for the entirety of the tour. This is one of the performances with Connelly on vocals.
  112. Lava (Live 8-19-99) - A fan rushed the stage during this song and was removed by security. The band laughs quite a bit about this after the song.
  113. World (Live 10-25-04) - Another of the new tracks debuted on the Houses tour in 2004.
  114. Land Of Rape And Honey (Live 1-13-90) - Another live version of this track from the 89/90 tour, but an upgrade in sound quality from the Merriville version above.
  115. Khyber Pass (Live 6-27-06) - By far the highlight of Rio Grande Blood, this song was included in the regular setlist on the 2006 tour and was a highlight of the live shows as well.
  116. Paisley (Live 10-1-94) - This song was originally intended to be included on Filth Pig, but ended up on the soundtrack to Escape From LA and eventually was included asa B-side to Lay Lady Lay. This is an accoustic live version from the first of two Bridge School Benefits done by Ministry in 1994.
  117. Diety (Live 10-25-04) - On the 2004 tour, Diety had a regular spot in the setlist, but “The Missing”, which it had been paired with every other time in the band’s history, was… missing. This tour marked the only time the band played one without the other.
  118. Eureka Pile (Demo) - Another of the Dark Side Demos. For some reason, this one was omitted from a version of these demos a long time ago and this demo remained hard to come by.
  119. Unsung (Live 4-12-03) - One of the 3 new tracks from Animosity that was played regularly on the 2003 tour. This one was dropped from the setlist near the end of the tour.
  120. Beers, Steers & Queers (Live 6-2-06) - A Revco classic that was revised with the new lineup on the 2006 tour. This version differs quite a bit from previous versions, but Phildo does vocals, as always. This is also one of a few shows on the tour with the intro.
  121. Warp City (Live 10-25-04) - Another of the new tracks debuted on the Houses tour in 2004.
  122. 38 (Live 12-31-87) - A live version of the Revco song from the New Year’s Eve 1987 show. This show not only kicked off the first Revco mini tour but was also the first show to have Revco attempt to open for Ministry. Unfortunately by the time the setlist transitionedto Ministry, the equipment died leaving the audience wanting more.
  123. Revenge (Live 10-24-84) - The version of Revenge played live on the 1984 tour. The live versions from 83/84 had a different intro from all other versions of the song. his was, of course, scrapped after the tour.
  124. Purple Head (Live 6-9-06) - A live version of the psuedo-Hendrix cover. Josh Bradford from Stayte does vocals, doing a good Gibby impression. There are a couple live versions from this tour that are a bit better in sound quality, but the Huey Louis soliloquy put this one over the top.
  125. Waiting (Live 10-20-04) - Another of the new tracks debuted on the Houses tour in 2004.
  126. Overkill (Live 7-20-82) - Another live version of Overkill from the pre-With Sympathy days.
  127. Supermanic Soul (Live 8-19-99) - This was the first tour this song was performed on, and it was one of only a few songs from the new album ever added to Ministry’s live setlist. This means it was still fresh at the time, but even better this was towards the end of tour when the band started improvising a little. This version of the song gets some killer Max Brody sax added throughout.
  128. Stigmata (Live 1-13-90) - Another upgrade over the Merriville 1990 show from the Mind tour
  129. Reload (Live 4-12-03) - This song was a staple of the band’s setlist for several years. During the 2003 tour, Al played live mandolin during this song.
  130. Attack Ships (Live 10-31-88) - This song wasn’t on the regular setlist for this tour, but was included at this and other shows before Ogre joined the tour lineup. Vocals are by Luc Van Acker.
  131. Lies,Lies,Lies (Live 6-8-06) - Another of the new songs debuted on the 2006 tour.
  132. Flashback (Live 12-15-88) - This song was included on the standard setlist for the 1988 tour but was never played after that.
  133. TV Mind (Live 12-31-90) - The Ministry crew used to play a Chicago gig on New Year’s Eve (or at least did so many years in the late 80’s/early 90’s). Since they weren’t on tour, the shows were often a bit more lively. At this specific show, there’s quite a bit of improv (fueled, no doubt, by a bit of pre-New Year’s indulgences), making it tough sometimes to tell if it’s Revco or Pigface.
  134. Time To Melt (Live 12-31-89) - This one blew our bandwidth. This is the only known full live recording of this song and was only up for download for a short time due to the large file size.
  135. Hellfudge (Live 12-31-89) - Another Lard track from the infamous kickoff show for the 89/90 tour. As with the above track, Jello Biafra does vocals.
  136. What He Say (Live 7-20-83) - The most famously cheesy Ministry track that managed to see release. This song was included on the regular setlist for the With Sympathy tour and then shelved.
  137. Senor Peligro (Live 6-14-06) - Another of the new songs debuted on the 2006 tour.
  138. Lay Lady Lay (Live 4-15-96) - After making its live debut as a coule accoustic performances at the 1994 Bridge School Benefit, this song was played at a handful of shows near the beginning of the Filth Pig tour. Supposedly the band wasn’t pleased with how it turned out and it was then shelved, never to be played live again.
  139. Under My Thumb (Live 4-12-08) - One of the new songs debuted on the Last Sucker tour.
  140. Halloween (Demo) - An early demo of Every Day Is Halloween featuring slightly different lyics in parts and a very different synth part in the middle of the song.
  141. Work For Love (Live 8/?/83) - This was originally listed as being live in 1984, but based on the fact that the band was opening for Madness, that limits the date to either 8/22/83 or 8/27/83.
  142. TV II (Live 9-12-92) - This song wasn’t on the standard Lollapalooza setlist, but on most of the September dates, the band added it to their sets with Gibby Haynes from the Butthole Surfers on vocals. Every performance was different, as the band played TV Song while Gibby ad-libbed, screaming whatever profanity came to his mind. This is also one of a handful of shows late in the tour with Casey Orr from Rigor Mortis replacing Paul on bass, as Paul’s wife had a child a few days earlier.
  143. Wait (1984 Demo) - Demo version of a completely unreleased song from the post-With Sympathy period and could easily have been included on one of the Wax Trax 12"s from this era. Unfortunately it never saw the light of day.
  144. Blackouts: Unknown (Live 12-28-81) - An unknown and otherwise unreleased Blackouts track from just after Paul Barker joined the group.
  145. Man Should Surrender (Live 11-25-92) - Other than this performance, this song was only performed live on the 89/90 tour. It was resurrected for one night only on the first US date on the full Psalm 69 tour.
  146. What He Say (Live 8-?-83) - Frm the same source as the version of Work For Love above. A rare soundboard recordng from the With Sympathy tour.
  147. I Want You (She’s So Heavy) (Live 8-11-07) - Ministry’s contribution to these 2 nights of Beatles covers turned out to be a cover of I Want You with Al on vocals and Sin on guitar.
  148. Watch Yourself (Live 4-12-08) - One of the new songs debuted on the Last Sucker tour.
  149. Worthless (Live 10-26-04) - Another of the new tracks debuted on the Houses tour in 2004.
  150. The Light Pours Out Of Me (Live 11-25-92) - This was the first US show on the full Psalm 69 tour. The band played both this song and Man Should Surrender as encores, neither of which were played again on this tour. This song was first played live on the 1988 tour, when it was sung by Ogre. It wasn’t played again until this show, where it was sung by Al. It would later resurface a decade later as a studio version on Animosity andwould be included in several setlists after that point.
  151. Charmichaels: Russian Folk Song - The last of 3 demos from the pre-Ministry band with Al on bass and keyboards.
  152. The Last Sucker (Live 4-27-08) - Another of the new songs debuted on the Last Sucker tour.

would anyone have these for a download ?[:)]

I’m sure we do but where is a better question…probably on an old HD for sure.
