When Burton C. Belll toured with them in 2008 for the “final” tour or whatever it was called. I was totally prepared to hate Burton but he blew Jourgensen off the stage. He actually wanted to be there and did a fantastic job unlike Al who pretty much mailed it in. I would have still rather had Al do his own tunes but…

I know it won’t be a popular view but I agree with Lacey on this. Sex with 15 year olds shouldn’t be considered OK because they didn’t say no. I believe that an age of consent is valuable and many people who get into dysfunctional situations have home lives that are fucked up and aren’t lucky enough to have parents who do watch out for them. That’s why there’s a law there to help protect those whose family may not be there to protect them. Young girls being preyed on just keeps the cycle of pain and dysfunction going, and then they grow up with issues that may never fully be resolved.
Yes, a few innocent men will get reamed by #metoo but countless generations of women have been preyed on, I think it’s important to start to turn the corner on the institutionalization of abuse.

The statute of limitation is usually 10 years from the initial incident. The DA cannot indict because of lack of evidence or the statue limit. Doesn’t mean he didn’t do it, just means the prosecutor can’t prove it. BTW, 2 cases in 100 lead to a conviction.
Going after him with character assassination is vengeance, not justice. In her not thought out plan, she takes down a high percentage of musicians as collateral damage who haven’t done this behavior in 20-30+ years. She ruins their marriages, livelihoods, incomes, and families with her misplaced activism. Pitchforks and torches!
She should have worked from the present back ten years with cases that can be brought up to the DA for indictment. Dahvie being the main one.

Nobody is victim blaming. You either got evidence or you don’t. This chick has no evidence. That should be the end of it, but it’s not because we now live a in age where the accusation is the verdict. If you got no body then you got no murder. Why is it different in sin’s case? there’s no body. Why is he guilty?
