“Step”
“Nursing Home”
“Vex & Siolence” (probably my fav. Ministry song lyrically I don’t know why it’s kind of bizarre I just dig this track a lot)
…and of course “Piss” because it’s just hilarious beyond all reason because it’s so fucking honest and pissed off and gives a huge insight into the fact that Jourgensen is a crazy bastard.
If only he had released those damn lyrics to “Leper”!!! I bet they kicked ass!!!
i’m gonna break his legs off
i’m gonna rip his head off
and then shit down his neck
and then i’ll laugh like a motherfucker
and then i’ll laugh like a motherfucker
Yep. Groovey aka Frankie was the singer for Speacial Affect. After they broke up, he did vocals for The Drowning Craze and eventually formed My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult. As for Ministry output, he did vocals on Tonight We Murder and wrote the Ministry song Thrill Kill Kult.
Phildo aka Phil Owen was the vocalist and major force behind The Skatenigs back the late 80’s-early 90’s. He toured with Reveco and formed a group called Choreboy when the Nigs broke up. Lately he’s working on new stuff under the name Snow Black. As for Ministry output, he did vocals on Beers Steers And Queers and has been a longstanding Cock.

agreed, prolly my fav ministry track overall, and a large part of that is due to lyrical content.
i really like the lyrics to Worm also. seems to me like the tone of the entire song is acceptance of things beyond your control. (death, mental illness, etc)
yeah dsots fan club ahahaha!
filthpig and dsots have some great lyrics
damn eureka pile live version sounds really good…
haha i wanna join too! and yes it does, i snagged that entire show about a month or two. im in soulseek with the same name if you want it. pretty sexy show.
And Psalm69 sounds like some faggot metal band like Lamb of God or something “drinking the blood of JEEESUS!!!”
.
I believe Al was taking the piss out of “faggot metal” band lyrics with the line “drinking the blood of Jesus”. Step is a great song… in every way. The lyrics from Filth Pig and DSOTS are Ministry’s best… I just wonder was it because Al was strung out most of the time back then. If that is the case he should have gone back on the smack for the last Ministry record that we will get to hear.
