This is somewhat simplistic–but Ministry has produced some music over the years, much of which has been my favorite.
“The powers that be” and I may not agree on much, but I do want to say that I appreciate all the music produced over the years, and the people who helped to get it out there, when Ministry music was relevant in my life.
That’s it. No bitching. No wondering if this were to happen…? or what would have happened if that_____ didn’t happen.
Just some thanks to the people involved for making music which was a big part of my life (god knows none of my friends liked it).
If people can’t take my language or ‘get’ me, it isn’t my concern.
if someone asked me right now what i think of Ministry I’d say that I like most of the stuff they did and that they are a great band and one of my favorites.

I just ripped a disc of bootlegs from 1982 when Al was a pretty boy synth pop nuwaver. It is exhilirating to listen to this live stuff from back then for the simple reason that Jourgensen’s genius shines on all those awesome gothy dance songs he wrote. His voice is crisp yet smooth and so young and powerful. He was already a Rock God as a nuwaver before he went on to become the innovator of alternative industrial metal. Jourgensen has lived like 3 lifetimes as a professional musical artist and he’s only 48 years old. He has accomplished so much and I love everything he’s done. I’m not ashamed to admit that. Whereas I read complaints about this and that by random fans, I must admit there isn’t one single song or LP or side project that I dislike. Al Jourgensen is my hero and I love him like an Uncle. I have to go now…I’m starting to cry…there happy tears because I love Jourgensen so very much while I hate Reznor so very much. It doesn’t make sense why I hate Reznor so much being that I ache for his music…I pine for Reznor’s regal songwriting and sonic sculpturing talent but I hate him because he’s a dry uptight pompous lil’ bitch of a man.
I hope Jourgensen does Buck Satan now that he’ll be chillin’ out after this last tour which doesn’t happen until like 3 or 4 months.
Sorry for rambling and God bless to all you devouted Jourgensen fans…[:P]
