Yes it is Joe Kelly from Chicago band Lost Cause. He also sang backup on Thieves from that tour at least on In Case… I can remember him climbing to the top of the fence a lot.

I remember him rocking out in the “In Case” video but never knew who he was. I thought it was the same dude (he looks taller here though) but wasn’t sure. I like his energy. I’ll see if Lost Cause has any YouTube clips.
Chris made fun of that guy a lot in his book. Pretty funny…
I found some Lost Cause tracks on YouTube, but there’s nothing worth getting excited about (kind of thrash/punk with rap-style vocals).
