Mindub Soundsystem

What did he mean by this? Is this some kind of tribute to Adrian Sherwood/Tackhead?

I sure as fuck hope so…

I’d like to see it but $40 for LA is just too much and seeing PWEI, Test Dept and Severed Heads would have been a lot more interesting to me before laptops.

Hope some recorded evidence of this project will be created for those of us who can’t get to a gig,
It sounds like my dream project

If not official then maybe some naughty person will sneak in a recording device and make me happy

The Supernaut dub mix was one of the factors that made me buy the trax box

So it’s, like, a DJ set with Paul playing along?
Didn’t Sin do that a few years back?

Yeah, I imagine some remixes of Ministry songs. I’m going to the LA show, so I’ll let you know.

It decided to format that link as some sort of embedded player. If you go to archive.org and search for it, you’ll find it there.

Yeah, DJing and playing reworked versions of Ministry songs. The set I saw in LA was only like an hour.

That’s the whole evening, so there’s a Test Dept set, etc. in there as well. Paul’s only about 45 minutes, somewhere in the middle.

This is awesome, thanks if you taped it and if not thanks anyway for sharing

Been listening continuously for 2 hours I think the live stuff is just about to start

It was cool hearing the sound check chatter.
The music being played over the PA was so good I almost forgot about the live stuff , I’ve “discovered “a ton of new bands from shazaming it

I’ve downloaded the whole thing to stick on my portable music player

I was going to say that first band with the female singers are awful but it seems they were having technical difficulties

Right, Pauls set begins at 03h 29
Stigmata with some cool dub effects

Is he using the multi track masters or just looping, pro-tooling and filtering the album tracks?

I noticed so what features elements of the studio and live version, I recognized a bit of bass from in case…
