Merriville 2-22-90 Show

For those who would like a lossless version of the 2-22-90 show, I took my analog copy, restored it, fixed a lot of the levels especially on the Lard tracks, and seeded it on easytree. It’s available at http://www.easytree.org/torrents-details.php?id=30661&viewcomm=308563#comm308563

dude…nice, Although I have it complete…I’m so there…thank you.

Crappers! It won’t let me sign up for an account…Damnit
EDIT: Got it!

I live in Gary, IN about 5minutes from Merrillville and all I’ve got to say is that that show is the stuff of legend around here. I was only 11 when that show happened so of course I didn’t go. I do know that ministry is the reason the star plaza no longer books anything but old 70’s soul and rock acts…

Nice one, bisquit. =)

Thanks for the work and link. I must say this lossless version is a good bit better than the mp3 version you gave us all. Hope that you can hook us all up with a few more things like this sometime soon. =)

How about some of those Twitch Demos I know you got laying around somewhere, LOL?

Peace!

Krowe

Thanks so much for the torrent, I’m an enormous Lard fan and have been after this show for years. really looking forward to more torrents, how about the live 1983 show, or Lead Into Gold (that would be incredible). I’m new here and not a Pissant so Hi and respect due to all .[:)]

Sorry guys, but 6 tracks in this torrents are in the commercial release “In Case You Didn’t Feel Like Showing Up…Live”, and 8 tracks on the commercial video. This can’t be considered as a minor part.

Looks like they pulled it despite the noting of overdubbing/removing a few folks performances anyway, boo hiss. [:(]

Yeah, looks like they did. Quite a few people grabbed it before then though, so hopefully the better copy will start circulating. Funny part is, I’m the one who actually discovered the audio was pulled from that show. Everyone previously thought it was 12-31-89, which was where the video was from. The even put links to the prongs discography as the citing source on the ban notice. Seems weird to be told that my own research is the reason it was bnned.

Anyway, as a consolation gift for everyone: http://www.easytree.org/torrents-details.php?returnto=%2Faccount-cp.php&id=30809

This one’s not very well circulated, so it should be new to most of you.

I was lucky enough to snag it… thanks bisquitodoom.

I’m not sure if the Ministry audio is on “In case…” (not to dissagree with you). But I can tell you FOR SURE that the B.S.Q. Live b-sides are from that recording. this i know for sure, becasue of Chris’s chat betfore “public image”.

Yeah, definitely. I wasn’t about to give more info that might weaken its case though.

And while most of the songs on In Case are pretty nondescript, there are a couple moments that tag it as the 2-22-90 show. The “pretty frisky bunch here” remark followed by the “Well, we’re gonna…” that never gts finished. Also the Stigmata ending, which changed each night.

Now I have no choice but to figure out this torrent stuff. I’m a n00b to it [:)]

Once I figure out how to do my stuff, I’ll post the masters we have here up there.

Masters? What of?

There’s another Ministry torrent on easytree here: http://www.easytree.org/torrents-details.php?id=21247

It’s a soundboard show from XM radio on 10-20-04 at BB Kings Club in New York. Sounds like it should be a good show.

I can’t signup to that board due to too many users.

Is there any other way I can access this torrent ? Thanks !

I don’t know if you’ll still need an account to connect to the tracker or not, but I attached the .torrent files to this post. There’s also a new one up at easytree:

Comments:
With all the new ministry shows circulating around lately I thought it would be cool to throw in something off the Psalm 69 tour. I’m not entirely sure if this particular show is complete (it’s only one disc) but it features Scott Ian of Anthrax during super-naut. That alone to me is worth the download. Enjoy!
