I saw them for the first time in August, and I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I’d be. Buzz did a lot of talking between songs. It seemed like almost half of the show was Buzz talking and making jokes. If it wasn’t late on a weekday I might not have cared as much, but I remember thinking we could have gotten 3 or 4 more songs without all the talk.

Buzz will be a stand up when he retires. He may or may not have as much success as Melvins? I do have a bootleg where he absolutely fucking NAILS his red neck crowd with an amazing skit.
