Aside from Everybody Loves Sausages, their output since Nude With Boots has been terrible. The last one was beyond a joke.
I’ve been listening to Nude With Boots a lot recently. Took a while to appreciate but now I love it to bits.
Freak Puke, Everybody Loves Sausages and Tres Cabrones I haven’t heard. The Bride Screamed Murder I didn’t think much of. It was way to sloppy and unfocused - as if they threw in every piece of music they had left over from previous sessions, stitched it all together and made an album.
Butthole Surfers and Melvins are two of my favorite bands ever so I’m hoping the marriage works well. A cross between Locust Abortion and Bullhead? Yeah, that would be heavenly.
