I’ve always thought Paul would be an excellent addition to the Melvins. When Big Business part ways hassle Paul to hassle Buzzo to let him in. Melvins are best as a three piece.

I was lucky enough to catch both shows in Chicago. They sounded great, but unfortunately the Double Door fucking sucks as a venue.

Anyway, I read somewhere that part of the reason they have a second drummer is because Dale has arthritis pain or something like that and can’t play quite like he used to so having a second drummer really helps him get the sound he wants w/out killing himself, so don’t count on the Melvins returning to a three-piece anytime soon. Besides, they sound just about as good now as they ever have, why fuck with a formula that works?
