^ That’s the only tour I missed in the last 25 years.
I was there and it is still my favorite of the many times I have seen them…

I remember I had a travel conflict, but there are so many dates near me (not sure if I knew that or not) that I should have figured something out . . . 2 in Anaheim, 2 in Hollywood, San Diego, Las Vegas . . .
That was a good tour. Paul’s farewell. Interesting setlists (saw The Light Pours Out Of Me).
That was a good tour. The Chicago show had Chris Connelly as well.
I saw this one in Amsterdam and Dublin, my first times seeing Ministry live.
Amsterdam setlist:
Animosity
Unsung
Piss
Dead Guy
Filth Pig
Bad Blood
Psalm 69
Crumbs
Supermanic Soul
Reload
N.W.O.
Just 1 Fix
Hero
Thieves
Jesus Built My Hotrod (R/W)
encore
Breathe
Stigmata
For some reason i can’t find info about the Dublin show from that tour, it’s not listed in the tour section. I saw it with a load of friends but i’ll be fucked if i can find anything online about the show.

Yeah, they did 'The Light Pours at my gig also…
Yeah, great tour. I went to both LA shows. Caught Al’s harmonica on one of the nights. He finished the solo on “Filth Pig” and just chucked it right to me. The only thing I’ve every caught at a concert.

That’s super rad!
I catch guitar picks and drumsticks fairly regularly but typically just end up giving them to some girls. I’ll just lose them and they don’t really mean much to me. But if it’s legitimately something unique and special I’d keep it and maybe even (as in the case of the plate I caught at the Billy Idol concert) make a display for it.
Could be Mandi fronting it, she said she is singing as well as playing bass.
Bumping this thread basically because . . . . .
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Oh, Ministry. What am I to do with you, you crazy goofy pile of shit I love so dearly?
Mandi out.
Aaron out.
Dude from Stone Sour on drums.
Dude from Prong on bass (i.e. their refuse is thrown back to Ministry now that Tony has chosen Prong).
(No, this is not official “news” but pieced together today by some fans because Al was posting selfies with these guys at the same time that Mandi and Aaron were removing all mention of their being part of Ministry’s current lineup from social media.)
Yeah, this is pretty funny.
Aaron is a cool guy, but it would appear that Mandi has Yoko’d his relationship with Al.
Oh well.

I wish him the best, but I really hope (for his sake) that he sacks up and stops trying to be Donnie to her worthless Marie.
KP Riot has been babbling about their shit (which we know will never happen and would be diarrhea either way) for what? A year and a half? With no songs. Yeah, fuck that. You’re not a band, you’re an Internet meme.
None of these silly “let’s all get together and do something on our own without Al” clusterfucks ever do anything. They’re like 5 year olds running away from home . . . They throw a Thermos and a box of Lunchables in their backpack, walk down to the corner of the street . . . and shit themselves before crawling back to Daddy Jourgensen.
I knew this was gonna be a retarded implosion from the get go, but I thought we’d at least get one gig out of it (I mean where she actually plays bass).
As uncomfortable as it was to watch I am glad I had a front row ticket for it.
What a joke.
Not surprised Mandi is out, but am surprised about Aaron. He’s been Al’s touring drummer for years now. Certainly he’s not naive to Al’s antics and shit. But, I assume he always took care of him financially or he wouldn’t have stuck around as long as he did.
My guess is they rehearsed in Vegas and she just wasn’t up to par. And really, I commend Al for making a tough decision. I’m glad he’s giving a fuck about the integrity of the live show. I know he hasn’t always in the past, but maybe he is now. They sounded really, really great.
Aaron is kinda fucked. I did some FB sleuthing…He and Mandy moved to Bellingham, WA last year. She works as a tattoo artist and he gives drum lessons. They have one child. So, they both lost their gig (And I assume she’ll lose her Reunion Blues Gig Bag endorsement, Hahahaha!) and now they no longer live in LA - which is going to make it harder for him to do session work or catch on with a new act. Hopefully, he can grab a touring gig with an established band.
Aaron no longer listed as a member on the Ministry FB page.
Cesar is, so I have to assume Aaron was there too.
When Aaron left Prong to join Ministry they got a fantastic drummer called Art Cruz to replace him, so i don’t think they’ll need him back. I enjoyed his Prong playing more than his Ministry stuff, there were some Ministry songs that he seemed to have a little bit of trouble with, maybe it’s just because he was playing beats by other drummers and i knew them so well from the albums and didn’t think he quite measured up. I don’t think he’s a bad drummer or anything, i just thought some of his playing for Ministry seemed slightly off if that makes sense.
I remember when Aaron joined and I saw some video I was a little worried but still thought he fit better than Jordison. Then when I caught Ministry live again I thought great! hey that sounds a lot better than I hoped. I don’t know anything about the 2 new prospective players but I’m always hoping for a more dynamic bass player, nothing against Campos but…you know.
Joey Jordison played drums at the 2006 RGB tour in LA.
He was terrible.

Good thing you were here to back up gunnar’s statement about a concert you weren’t even at. Now his post has credibility. Way to go.

I was referring to how he played in Austin. I didn’t really notice he was referring specifically to LA. Anyway, I hope that clears it up for everyone that was butthurt by my comment in the OJ thread.[/reply]
Oh no, now gunnar’s assessment about the LA show is back to flat. Sad day [:(] but totally cleared up OJ now, great day [:)]
DJ, can you just tell Grumpy you were at the LA show? I don’t want any tiff you guys are having to detract from the undeniable FACT that Joey was shit.
I’m sure there’s a story because I remember the lead up to that tour they were hyping the idea of a female band member and then she was gone without further mention. There have been a few other people associated with the band for brief stints throughout the years that I would love to know more about. I haven’t read The Lost Gospels but maybe there’s something in there about some of it.
The main information about the Animositisomina tour in the book is that the bus broke down and the driver kept getting lost, so Gums accused Paul of being a thief.
Paul and his evil embezzling was probably responsible for Tia’s sudden departure, too, and possibly the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster and assassination of Zoran Đinđić.
