Had always wished for more of Mad Season. I remember a few years after ‘Above’ there was a rumour of a new double album. Staley was too fucked to keep going with it so Lanegan was going to take over and they changed the name of the band or something. But nothing ever surfaced as far as I know and the bassist died in '99.
