Funny you mention it, I was just listening to “Monstrous Soul” this morning and I hadn’t had it out for probably over a year. That’s easily my favorite album by Lustmord. Great stuff, though if you’re new to it, it might come off as a little dated these days, it’s hard for me to say. “Heresy” doesn’t sound dated and it’s my second favorite. It’s like the sound of C’thuloid hordes!

I enjoyed that album he did with Metal Beast. Good to hear Lustmord’s soundscapes with some beats…
His work with Melvins and Tool is ok, but I prefer when he is involved in less rock-oriented stuff.
