Anyone else catch this on Netflix? I heard about the reboot but wasn’t expecting it out so soon. A pleasant surprise for an LIS fanboy who grew up watching the '98 film.
Been binging on this the last two nights.
I haven’t seen it yet, but I plan on checking it out.

i give it about a 6/10… watchable but nothing amazing or anything. it relies heavily on overly goofy telenovela drama and plagued with completely unrealistic behavior.
For example and without spoiling anything, in EP 7 there was a very important shipment of fuel which was horribly botched and unnecessary… the kind of plotting that paints the crew as a buncha sentimental nitwits. There are many other examples I won’t go into.
Also the robot looks like a giant plastic action figure which didnt sit right with me, but that’s a minor complaint.
The saving grace of the series is the great cast. The Robinson siblings are an amazing, charismatic, and intelligent core of young actors that give the series some personality.
Also, the visuals are extremely well done there’s attention to detail, you really get the sense that they’re on an alien planet. It’s def a high budget series.
The writing needs to improve though.
I mainly stuck to it for the cute ginger girl and her hot ass mom. Talk about eye candy 
Not a particularly good show. Funny enough I think it got the green light for a 2nd season HAHA!!
