I would add this to the list. Definitely pick this up if you have missed David Yow since the Jesus Lizard broke up. They put on one of the best shows I’ve ever been to despite the fact their was only like 30 people attending.
Anything special about that Piper at the Gates of Dawn re-issue?
I was going to ask the same thing about piper… love that album, shame I don’t have my turntable set up at the moment. My copy is pretty scratchy though.
Grinderman hey… haven’t listened to heaps of nick cave, I dig what I’ve heard, especially murder ballads, like No Pussy Blues, heard one other grinderman track, didn’t like it that much. Might need to grow on me, Bad Seeds did.
