Just saw the announcements go up on Facebook for a ton of live shows for LIG and Ohgr. Appears that they’re doing a tour together. So count me in. Definitely for the Nashville date (9/5). So does this mean there will be a new release from both of them to promote?
Looks like I’ll have to make the drive up to west palm bch…no way I am missing this show…thanks for the heads up…
Ohgr just dropped his trickS album digitally today to his pledge webpage.
Here’s the poster
Way cool. Some of those dates are Cold Waves…
Nice! I might drive up for the Cleveland show.
probably make this one, just gotta decide august in san diego or september in LA
This is an exciting tour!
Yeah, that LA date is Cold Waves, so I already have tickets.
New LIG is on the way, yes. I think it was mastered a few weeks ago. Exciting stuff.
Me too. Never thought Ogre would play Nashville, but I’m in.

Where did you get tickets at? the venue itself or ticketmaster/livenation?
Grammar mistake on the Poster
("Formally of Ministry, Puscifer, etc)
Should be “Formerly”
you know, unless he’s still with them and dresses elegantly.
Got my tickets for Portland… I can’t wait!
We saw OhGr at the same venue (The Hawthorne Theatre") on the last tour (or the last one that came to Portland) and he was fantastic.
Also, The Jesus Lizard are on tour again (after saying they wouldn’t do it again), which makes me very happy! Picked up tickets for that as well.
And… Shellac are coming, and playing 2 dates, but in a small venue and both dates were sold out before I heard about the show, which annoys me. That seems to be the way every time they tour. It’s actually a nice small place to see bands, but if they sell out so fast each time, maybe a bigger venue might not be a bad idea?

I just did Ticketmaster. I don’t know if the venue has an actual box office. I suppose so, but I really don’t want to drive into town just to see. Their site links to Ticketmaster, so that’s the easy way.
Been listening to the new Ohgr a bit. Not his strongest, but enjoyable.
Did those new Lead Into Gold tracks make it out on streaming anywhere? I haven’t had a chance to pick up the new 12" yet.

Yes Tricks. I checked, looks like the Ohgr Patreon page is the only place to get the CD or vinyl currently.

Are you referring to “A Savage Gift”? Seems it’s not available for streaming or downloading anywhere other than Paul’s Bandcamp page. https://paulionbarker.bandcamp.com/album/a-savage-gift
