Don’t know if this has been posted here before, but here’s an interview with Al from back in January:
“Hi Al! You started a new label, what can you tell us about it?
It’s called 13th planet, and, I already had a record label, in the eighties, called Wax Trax.”
What does he mean HE had a record label called wax trax? I thought he was just signed to them?
probably drunk
Hahah, I did consider that!
This is all I have to say after a crappy night not getting laid buying this chick drinks all night and getting absolutely nothing in return. And I knew her from high school anyways… After JBMHR single became a huge fan of ministry. Just wish Al would give Paul more credit for the ministry sound to this current day… That’s all for that issue from this interview. Very glad Al started his own record label. Sanctuary just had no idea how to use ministry at all promoting and advertising… Drunk right now, but I did buy my tickets for the ministry + Revco show at HOB on July 2 way back in September.

I’m pretty sure he co-owned Wax Trax at one point.
He co-ran Wax Trax, but it was pretty much from the early '90s and up. So yeah, for about a few years or so.
