Just got this yesterday…pretty good Spoken Word. I haven’t heard all of it yet but it seems in the vein of Of Spoken Word #3 and And Spoken Word #4 (my favorites) if you get a chance, pick it up, there seems to be quite a bit about Katrina, on here so far. I’m a little disapointed about the packagin, I’m not a fan of Digi-packs let alone a 3 disc Digi-pack and the art is a little weak. any way the message is pretty good! a little alternate take on instead of the corporate bullshit you get on the “news”

You have to admit, he’s getting a little better. At least he said ‘chicks’ and ‘negroes’ this time.

It’s pretty decent, but I was disappointed in some of the repeated pieces on this one. I wasn’t really amused by the bit about the Sweedish math teacher the first time. That and the production on the last couple has been pretty bad.
But yeah, pretty god overall.

I certainly agree, the production has been pretty bad, Like I said I haven’t gotten all the way through it yet. So I don’t know about the swedish math teacher unless that’s the dude with the funny accent he talks about on the last spoken word who was at his high school on his last S.W.
I was really really disapointed with the last two become the media and Machine gun in clowns hand. I guess become the media was okay because the idea was good and certainly has gained momentum what with blogs nad everything now but the whole second disc was was basically the big kaboom repeated.
