Granted, I have no real connections to know aor anything but from my speculation and just knowing Ministry’s past and business ways I seriously doubt it man. There really hasn’t been anything re-issued or re-done. There were talks about re-issueing some stuff once Al gets the rights back to all of his work, but that could honestly still be years from now cuz Warner Bros. are dicks like that. I can tell you that a lot of people have already ripped the VHS and ported it over to DVD and it can easily be found on SLSK and a few other p2p platforms.
