i have a feeling that paul is already back with al. both are credited for the fix movie as assoc. producers. pauls song was a part of the fix site. al’s new music is not so heavy, paul did not like the way the band was moving. all of the resent ministry players are gone. i also think that al has cleaned up enough to realize how important paul is to ministry and hopefully will see the shit that is his wife.

Insulting Al’s wife aside…she is his manager and I am sure the internal business discussions between former and current associates are none of our business.
However, it is definitely out in the public that a lot of bad blood is due to money. Al tried to sue Paul, and the case was thrown out. Al even stated, negatively as time progressed, after 2003 that it was mutual, nothing bad went down, and then taking potshots that Paul was just hired help. Add up all the members that have ever been “hired help” on a Ministry LP, and I guarantee you that Paul was with Al for all their years - COMBINED.
Paul owns Spurburn Music, which is a music publishing company. Look at the liner notes for any Ministry or related project release - who’s the company who makes the cash in licensing those songs? I believe many artists also use Spurburn, including Chris Connelly and Foetus. I mean, to me, I’d sooner live fat off steady stock shares than going back to Taco Bell, dig?
Guy’s known for being a musician, he’s getting dough somehow, USSA and Flowering Blight have maybe sold less than 500 albums together but maybe he’s getting fat off royalties and bass pedal sales.

The first things to come out after Paul left were Houses Of The Mole and a little sampler put out by Rykodisk called “Industrial Family Platter”. It got me bummed because this disc was a sampler for Ministry’s Side/Early Trax comps, and the publishing clearly says “13th Planet Music”. Obviously some b.s. title to not tie it to Spurburn, which published all music from 1988 - 2002 (besides Warner-Tamerlane).
Around that same time, Al sued Paul/Spurburn, and were to appear in court over something money related, or property management. It was thrown out, or dismissed, one or the other. I am sure Paul never saw a dime for Side/Early Trax, Soundscan revealed that both sold probably 20,000 copies together.
If you look at any post-2003 release - any material that was recorded with Paul is credited as published through 13th Planet Music. I have no idea if Paul is aware of it, getting paid secretly, or just not caring. Or both.

It’s always funny to me when DJ tries to delete shit from a million years ago that we’ve long forgotten.
