I know how to burn a ISO to a DVD but how do you create a VIDEO_TS file to a ISO format. If I can understand this, I can upload some videos. I have Nero 7.

you don’t need to create an ISO - but you can of coarse - you just don’t have to. what most people do is copy the video_ts folder onto their machine and seed that. that’s how i get all of mine. as afar as CREATING an ISO in Nero7 - i do not know.

I don’t think you can do it with any version of Nero. If I remember correctly all Nero is, is a burning Program. You need a DVD authoring program in order to create the ISO. you can probably still find a Crack for TEMPEG software. I love that software, easy to use and lets you totally EDIT everything and when I say Edit I mean actually delete scenes not just designate new start and end points like stupid ROXIO. ROXIO sux! I’d still be using Tempeg if it was compatable with Stupid VISTA.

if you have video_ts on your hard drive, that means that all dvd files are in there. you can just burn them to dvd. anyways. of course, you can create iso with nero. or at least nrg file which is just like iso but a different format.
and the easiest way to create iso image is by using UltraISO - it allows you to create/view/edit/extract iso files and many other disc image formats. the program is not free, but i think there are some free tools like it.
and i honestly don’t understand why one would upload iso file while you can safely (in case of a dvd disc) torrent just whole VIDEO_TS folder and it would work just fine.
I agree with Gila, no need for an iso really. However if you want to with Nero… I think in one of the option menus up the top of the screen (file, edit etc.) it has a “choose recorder” button. Select that, then select nero image drive instead of your physical drive… then it should burn images instead of discs…
But also going on from what Gila said, nero images… bleh… (.nrg) use clonecd or something… actually, I’m not sure if that has a dvd counterpart… I have a program called CloneDvd, but it’s not that good compared with clone cd (ccd is easy, 4 buttons “write to image” “read from image” “copy cd” and “erase cd”)

With the tempeg software I would the video from a supported file (mpg wmv etc) or I would pull it off a DVD (two different buttons "add File or “Add DVD video”)and then chapter it up and make it the way I want it with backgrounds and buttons and such. Then I would go to burn the Disc and one of the options that comes with Burn Disc was an output option that says “save as an ISO”
With the Roxio it’s similar as I would burn the disc I woud be prompted if I wanted an ISO version saved so i would click yes and then save it to the desktop. I like ISO’s better than the folders too!! Just icon prefernce I guess since it’s the same thing

Man, Lime Wire has come along way! back when I only had an Imac, 6 or so years ago, the only FSP it was compatable with was Limewire (back when Kaazaa was the shit and NOT mac compatable) and LimeWire’s selection sucked, Big time! now I hear all kinds of people talking about Limewire. I have NO fucking idea. Just a miscellaneous application, I’m sure. And indeed. LimeWire HAS come a long way.
