been dicking around with music on and off mainly as a hobby. really proud of this jam, though.

The repetitive beat was on purpose, wanted to keep a hypnotic pounding beat goin. Guess I enforced it a little too much.
After listening to it a few more times I can see a some flaws. Finished it last night and thought it sounded pretty dope at the time.
I like it, monolithic beat and all.

I agree with the whoever said throw a guitar in there even if it’s just a power chord that sounds all synthed out

Would like some guitar in there. You could go psychedelic rifs or funky or metal or all three. Not completely through out, not forced, just in parts for variance.
if i wasn’t a lazy ass i should have just downloaded it and add the guitar myself. wouldn’t take long. then repost for fun.

The guitar doesn’t have to be as pronounced as it is in this song, but I think a power chord like this dropped in your song sporadically here and there woudn’t take away anything from your song.

Yea i see what your talking about. Cubanate is another band who blended guitar and heavy beats really well. I’d like to do something like that in the future.
