History question- other bands stylistically similar to Twitch in 1985-1987?

Since several members of this community lived through the rise of Ministry and Skinny Puppy in the mid-80s, I want to tap into your knowledge of other bands during this time period that emulated the sound of Twitch and Mind TPI. Outside the Belgian and German established EBM bands (including DAF, Nitzer Ebb, Signal Aout 42, Klinik, Lassigue Bendthaus, F242, Vomito Negro), the other Vancouver bands (FLA, Numb), British bands (Portion Control, Caberet Voltaire) and USA act Manufacture, any other suggestions?

From what I recall reading here Adrian Sherwood was largely responsible for Twitch’s sound, so his production credits are a good place to start. Especially Tackhead + Keith Leblanc’s Major Malfunction.
