I can’t say I’ve evrr heard of anything from this side project other than the Fear Factory cover from Demanufacture.

How does it stack up in the Godflesh pecking order of side projects? I assume all or most of it’s outta print. Just curious.

Thoughts/analyis?

yeah i am curious too…fear factory did the cover of Dog Day Sunrise, right? I never even heard the original but am interested to, as that song is awesome (especially live).

I bought the CD of another project of his for $5: Final (album called “One”). Very chill, ambient music - good for background music.

I am enjoying the Jesu album a lot - I like the heavyness on tracks such as “Man/Woman” and “All Friends Are Evil”. Very cool album.

i have dustbowl, which was produced by steve albini. they weren’t a side project, justin broadrick and GC green were members of HOD then formed godflesh after HOD split up, godflesh were a continuation of what they started with HOD, and you can hear the roots of godflesh in their sound. they were quit a lot faster than godflesh, but the rhythms and structures were similar. the album revolves around the desert, there’s 2 parts to it, rays and shadows, and it has a deserty vibe to it. you could describe it as desert rock, but its a million miles away from kyuss.
