Wow…these are cool!
The whole campy gothic horror feel of the artwork doesn’t really match Ministry’s style in my opinion (when I think Ministry I visualize the industrial/post apocalyptic aesthetic of the N.W.O video + maybe a subtle gothic/horror element but not as emphasized as it is in these posters)
But still they are very cool. It was awesome to see Ministry’s name amidst acts like Alice in Chains, Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden, Foo Fighters etc.
Now granted they kick all those band’s asses, but still it’s cool to see them listed alongside such well known acts. Was this a Lollapalooza Poster?
Some of those are pretty cool. I like the one from the Toronto show at the Varsity…since I was there.
