I saw Guttermouth last night and it was hilarious. After the first song the singer and the guitar player look over at all of the people sitting down at some tables watching the show and just made fun of them for at least ten minutes. Calling them fat and lazy asking if they are having and enjoying some food. They’re staring right at them the whole time until most of them got up and left. Then he made fun of several people in the crowd pointing strait at them and asking how much their outfits cost at hot topic. Lots of people threw cans at them. They brought two guys on stage and just ripped on them until they looked like they were gonna cry. They made fun of Tulsa and the midwest and called us a bunch of good little christians. I was laughing my ass off.
I hear that that’s guttermouth’s schtick. hence the name!

I just read a little bit about them, and it looks like they got kicked off the warped tour for promoting W for the election in 2004. They thought it was the punk thing to do b/c all of the other bands on the bill were pushing Kerry really hard.
Sooner would I have AIDS for a thousand years from bluevelvet than attend the Warped tour.
All those mall punks washed here and there in one big outdoor arena having nothing to succor and reccmmend them but their childish beliefs in skateboarding and punk rawk.

I was in the pit and loving it.
