Free Online Release Insomniati II

New dark ambient release by Ka-baalim/Bunk Data just out. It’s creepy Lynch-style Halloween music and should appeal to many here. Free download at:

It’s also got a remix by Phil (download) Western that’s available nowhere else.

Let me know what you think, I haven’t been involved in too much music over the past year so it feels good to be back at it. Next up - drone opera…

saw yr post at litany. good stuff. saw phil’s show this year in philly - one of the nicest down to earth guys out there, and i love his remixes so i will def. check this out

Really digging the album. Track four and five are especially eerie, really like the voice work through out. Good stuff!

Lemme know what you think of it once you listen to it JLW. I hope you enjoy it!

Only getting around to this now as I can be a distracted fellow. Tis good, especially ‘The Distance Between Death and Dreams’ and ‘Dreamspeak’. I find it good complimentary nightime music. Its the kind of music that if you let it play while trying to get some shut eye, you drift back in and out of sleep and you don’t know what the fuck is going on when you hear it upon waking.

This happened last night, with the song that has the deep voice, and I didn’t know what the fuck was going on. It was great. Had some funky dreams after it as well. It involved going back to my old school as a teacher, but I didn’t do any teaching I just wandered around the place looking for someone or something, then later this guy (who’s a brother of this dickhead I know) came after me (or moreso towards my house) armed with 2 shotguns. At first he sported a pumpkin on his head (with a lit candle inside) then he took it off as he came closer. I grabbed the barrell of his first gun and directed it skyward as he fired and it burnt my hand. I then took his second gun with ease. He apologized or something to that effect and fucked off. If I see this guy in reality again, I might just hit him.

Cool story, thanks for posting Mick! Strangely enough I’ve worn a pumpkin on my head for numerous Halloweens. I have not, however, ever used a shotgun so I’m safe from being beat up if I were ever to meet you.
