Framing/Hanging 'subway posters'

Hey guys, i figured one of the fellow music fans here might have some experience with these. i’ve been hanging onto these old posters they’re 3’ x 5 '. I’ve shown you guys a few of them in the past. I’ve been waiting for them to age to the point of them becoming fresh again. that time is now. however, i don’t want to just tape or pin them to the wall (if i don’t have to). do you guys know any cool way to hang these things without paying a fucking fortune on a full blown glass frame?

one of the ideas i had would be two metal rods - one at each end, bottom one heavy enough to weight down the poster and the top one would have a tie to the wall. but then i don’t want them flapping around either.

any of you fellow music lovers have any suggestions how to hang these things up? cheers.

they are like this one:

Thats a cool poster.

Try those velcro pull tabs. Thats what we use for my son’s posters to keep from putting holes in the wall.

Thanks for the ideas guys. I’ll look into the poly sheets. I dont have a router but all it takes is one reason for me to buy a new tool.

Keep um coming if anyone has another idea. Honestly I was hoping someone would share a link to something I could buy that I hadn’t found yet. I’m hope for more of both.

Cheers.

The two metal rods are the way to go, i put up a huge steve stevens and the atomic playboys poster and its works perfect. No flapping around, very good quality solution.
Orskov brand made in denmark.
Highly recommended.
