Yeah it came off well…that being said I’d be interested to hear what the Flamming Lips come up with???
This show was fun and I enjoyed it, but it wasn’t the epic experience I was hoping for.
I hadn’t listened to the Lips’ studio version of DSOTM before the show, so I didn’t know it was reworked. It came off pretty good live. Listening to the recorded version and looking back, it was better live.
The stuff from Embryonic came off well live, but I don’t know that album well enough yet to know exactly what tracks were played.
Nothing from Clouds Taste Metallic, one of my favorites.
Overall good show, but not mind bending.
