Out on April 1st (!!) the new “synth based” Lips album has been described by frontman Wayne Coyne as “bleak and disturbing”. Color me excited!!!

I’ve never slagged the Lips, they’re great. Especially their later work (i.e. “Embryonic”). Looking forward to this one immensely.

I’ll be grabbing this for sure…I loved Embryonic it was like the Lips meets Can…first day buyer…

I loved Embryonic and The Terror seems promising too.

I thought Embryonic was incredible - much better than At War With The Mystics or any of the more recent collaborative works.

I’ll definitely pick this one up. Early word of mouth on the street is describing this new one as one of their greatest achievements.

Well, yeah. Anyone who had a good head on their shoulders knows this. They haven’t done anything truly “weird” like Embryonic since Zaireeka, and even before that it was In A Priest-Driven Ambulance.
