Recently downloaded some FLAC material and have no clue how to use it or listen to it or anything.
What program/plugin should I use and also what should I use to/how can I burn this stuff into audio CD’s?

Winamp should be able to do all that and more…
Use dBpoweramp Music Converter. Convert to mp3 for example.
i too use winamp. it is my default audio player. it plays FLAC and many many others.
Krowe go to the sourceforge page and read up about it.
that should answer a lot of questions.
