Urgh, waiting impatiently for an update.
Not really. Which is why they’re WAY in the back. Good stuff though.
What happens when you combine this with NIN’s Broken CD? Do those tracks at the end go back to where they are supposed to be?
Lol… well what would I have to do, I have the two tracks on a 3" cd… this could require some work.
That’s true. They were on a separate disc when it first came out, huh? I remember that.
Being a huge ninfag I know this one. The tracks on the little 3" disc were originally going to be on a 12" released around the time of the Lollaetc '91 tour but that didn’t happen cause Trent was suing his label at the time. They were on their own disc for the first few runs of Broken and then put on the main disc because the break even point for selling the EP with both discs was crazy high.

And I just thought it was because it looked cool! I don’t know if it’s an original or a reprint but you can get a 12" Broken + 7" (?) with the two tracks separate on it as well. Usually found for exorbitant amounts on Ebay.
wow… just wow…
Had almost given up on hearing anything good from Paul or the Ministry’s
The song is just right up my alley!!!
Looking forward for FIX to!
would be something to look forward to this summer but i’m betting this is a striaght to video release…we shall see, shalnt we?
car stereos… they are very different one to another. psalm69 just seems trebly cause it lacks really low end bass; spoon has a fat low end to “balance” that. the constantly increasing album trebliness reached it’s peak at animositisomina (the bush ones are also trebly but not as much as that).
grumpysmurf—car audio can be very High-end. a quality bi- or tri-amplified car stereo needs no tone controls. If it’s designed with the right speaker X-over points and locations- clear, wide-dispersion sound-fields can be created
DSOTS sounds great on my solid-state amp system (A mind id a terrible thing to taste absolutely ROCKED, as did Scarecrow from psalm69. on later releases I presumed EQ would be needed to lessen the treble presence. wrong. on a really faithful reproduction system, the seemingly trashy-sounding high-end becomes more detailed and “air,” adding to to the album’s particular sonic signature. Of course my ears have been exposed to high db sound for decades.
got this hot TUBE pre-amp/amp audio system in one car which softens high-frequency and low frequency impact in music. It’ll be interesting to try DSOTS to get a feeling of its overall sound.
very ironically,
i think the only possible way i could enjoy this movie is if mikey sacraiaiaiaiaiaia, paul barker and the drummer for jesus lizard are the only ones that recieve money for this film.
yes i would buy it for sure then.
cant say i would watch it.
but would support that.
Wow? heh. Eh, i’ll be supporting this either way. It looks good, entertaining, and likely sheds some light on the addiction that ruined ministry’s success. I’ll watch it.
Here’s a poster for the film that is advertised as coming out Winter 2011 (does that mean Jan-Feb 2011 or Nov-Dec 2011?)
It has credited as Executive Producers: Al Jourgensen, Paul Barker, and Angelina Jourgensen…
It’s made by the same people who made Sphinctour and, from what it looks like, it’s going to mainly feature footage from same tour.
Anyone got a copy of the MP3? Links dead.
damn… i REALLY want a full sized poster of that… haha
site is off line…
new site is up and running…
The site is still a mess, but it has some nuggets:
The Barkers:
and a line from King Buzzo (about Al): “How do we know everything about the man isn’t just a big lie? I mean, do we really know?”
Here’s another new video. But this thing looks obviously fake, it’s clearly Al from probably around 2003 or 2004 with interviewer footage spliced in. Any thoughts?

For a long time I wanted to make one of these, but it seemed like too much work.
