Yeah, We must’ve watched two different movies. Wouldn’t call the story beautifully told, thought it was sappy, little more violent than I was expecting, Felt like it spoon fed ALL of the answers to the audience and Depth of Character?? Are you fucking NUTZ Peligro? I mean more so than most know you to be? perhaps the lines were better delivered but there was no character depth at all! Bruce willis with his 1 dimensional character portrayals could’ve fit right in.
the way you write this makes it read as if you would’ve hated it rather than championing it. we all know you are obviously over compensating for something with the way you hold yourself here. Perhaps your branch is a little to close to the family tree trunk??
Settle down Grmpy, was just having a little fun with ya!
Feel free to verbally slap my face and bruise my ribcage a little if you must. I will not fight back if you do.
Seriously, I like Pan’s Labyrinth. I couldn’t care less if someone else doesn’t. I don’t care if you liked Phantom Menace. I like plenty of ‘stupid’ films. Ever watch Freddy Got Fingered and enjoy it? I have.
I just thought it would be amusing to imagine a scenario where a bunch of Phantom Menace fans were faced with a film with more arthouse sensibilities like Pan’s Labyrinth. That comment was not directed at you per se. And I’m guessing that you look absolutely nothing like Peter Griffin from Family Guy. I always imagined you as looking a little like Dave Mustaine, but with more facial hair and with a slight pot belly.
And ‘family tree’. You must be refering to someone else’s family. My family have no taste in film or music. Just the other night I had to walk out of the room in shock when everyone unanimously decided to watch Eragon.
Which is unforgivable.
