Experimental Album: Double U Ey Eks Zero One Nine

Fascinating indeed. I don’t recall ever hearing about this, but listening to those clips - it has to be the real deal, right? Perhaps someone can collar Barker at Cold Waves for more info, should he remember. Maybe even Luc van Acker was around at this time?
Whatever - I do hope this will show up in full sometime. Maybe when Al and Paul can finally sit down over a pint and laugh about it all…

I know there are copies out there, but only in pretty close circles. At least 1 old Wax Trax employee on facebook has a copy on cassette. No luck getting them to share though.

I’m not sure that the copies that recently sold online are legit, but I do have the sample mp3s if anyone is interested. I sent them an email to see if they can make the full mp3s available.

*Edit…no luck. They just referred me to discogs and ebay.

Yeah, I contacted them too. They just said the record is long sold out. To whom, I wonder? Nobody here seems to have it. I begin to wonder if they received a C&D from somewhere and pulled it before or shortly after release…

Since I posted that last post I found the excerpt clips - they’re actually easy to download if you are on the right page. But I would kill to have the full tracks. bisquitodoom, it’s too bad you came up dry as well.

track 3 definitely sounds like Thrill Kill Kult
