I’m wondering if it has something to do with Bell as well.
Or maybe they’ll be Easter eggs.

Cover Up had a couple Warner era tracks too, not even new performances of them.

If I ever happen to be in a band that reaches a moderate level of success, THIS is going to bethe name of our first tour. No question.
Oh, man.
Well I mean, we all know that Just One Fix was edited. It was briefly public on Aaron Rossi’s Myspace (now made private). So at least we know they were edited, I just wonder why they were dropped.

The now defunct Ministry recorded numerous shows on their farewell tour and will release a live album chronicling the trek dubbed “Adios…Puta Madres” on March 31st through 13th Planet Records. Licensing appears to have been an issue though as the effort focuses primarily on recent material from the band. Here’s how the track listing for the effort runs:
01 - “Let’s Go”
02 - “Watch Yourself”
03 - “Life Is Good”
04 - “The Dick Song”
05 - “The Last Sucker”
06 - “No W”
07 - “Waiting”
08 - “Worthless”
09 - “Wrong”
10 - “Rio Grande Blood”
11 - “Senor Peligrio”
12 - “Lieslieslies”
13 - “Khyber Pass”
A live ‘rockumentary’ capturing the same tour is also scheduled for a release later this year and will carry the title of “Fuchi Requiem”.
Well… I wonder if the “rockumentary” is the same thing as the live DVD version of this or if it’s something completely different. I guess we will all find out soon enough.
MINISTRY: ‘Adios…Puta Madres’ Audio Samples Available; Artwork Revealed - Mar. 22, 2009 Although Al Jourgensen has said adios to MINISTRY, YOU don’t ever have to really say good-bye to the legendary industrial rock band, thanks to Jourgensen’s indie imprint 13th Planet Records. On March 31, Jourgensen will release “Adios…Puta Madres”, a 13-track live [url “http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=116629#”]audio CD featuring performances from MINISTRY’s final world tour, “C U LaTouR 2008”, recorded over the course of the band’s 75-city global farewell jaunt which kicked off March 25, 2008 in Spokane, Washington and concluded with two final sell-out shows in Dublin, Ireland on July 19, 2008. “Adios…Puta Madres” features performances recorded in Serbia, Warsaw, Los Angeles, Chicago, Germany, Czech Republic, and Slovakia, to name a few.
“We had a blast on the final tour and this [url “http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=116629#”]CD really captures the heart of MINISTRY live,” said Jourgensen, who personally mixed the recordings last fall at 13th Planet Studios alongside his touring front-of-house engineer Michihiro Tanikawa, as well as engineer John Bilberry.
MINISTRY’s all-star line-up for the 2008 “C U LaTouR” featured founder Jourgensen joined onstage by guitarists Tommy Victor (PRONG) and Sin Quirin (REVOLTING COCKS), keyboardist John Bechdel (PRONG, ASCENSION OF THE WATCHERS, FALSE ICONS), STATIC-X’s Tony Campos on bass, drummer Aaron Rossi (PRONG), and FEAR FACTORY/ASCENSION OF THE WATCHERS vocalist Burton C. Bell as special featured guest. Most of the performing musicians in the MINISTRY lineup for the final tour are also [url “http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=116629#”]recording artists on Jourgensen’s 13th Planet Records.
Jourgensen plans to release a follow-up “rockumetary” of the tour entitled “Fuchi Requiem” later this year, featuring candid footage that follows the band from rehearsals throughout the entirety of its C U LaTouR, with additional on-camera interviews with the band and crew.

Eh i’ll be buying the cd too, but as far as the dvd goes i’l probably just get it from netflix and burn it…
The DVD has a different set-list and a 2nd disc with a documentary on the tour.
I’ll be picking this up. Overheard him talking about this in Austin.
Why the hell does he have to put his face all over the cover?
Why the hell does he have to put his face all over the cover?
Because he’s THAT fucking pretentious, and that much of a glory hog. Might as well say “fuck those guys who played with me throughout the years and this tour. This is MY show”. Fuck that.
Well, it IS pretty much Al’s show at this point. Everyone else has been driven off.
Believe me, he’s had NO problem pointing out how obvious that is in the last few years at all. I’m basically to the point of just saying “fuck al”. He’s got some good albums under his wings, but he’s a total pretentious douchebag to his fans, especially the long-term. With all the false advertising and bad mouthing of past members, the guy could really drop off the face of the earth. Ministry finished in 03, everything else is mockery for the sake of flattering the kids.
IMO, Ministry “died” when Al showed up at the A.I. premiere with his green hair. I found the look Al was sporting in the Over the Shoulder video (and in the '83-'86 era in general before he went skinhead) to be a far more interesting take on the “post-apocalyptic Boy George + early Kurt Harland” frontman" look that that silly green hair he had while posing for pics with Spielberg.

Didn’t really mind the green hair. Was actually the first time I had actually seen him on tv, not counting the few ministry videos I had seen prior. The red hair…meh.
blow me.

at least it was probably his actual hair for a change
No way, dude. The spiked mohawk thing with the huge ponytail was EASILY the best Al hair ever.
Now combine that with the WS-era hat and cane…
