Well, I don’t know if it is the original or not but I stopped by Wax Trax in Denver the other day. Cool store. I wish I had access to that store 10-20 yrs ago because I would live there. Next door was Wax Trax II and it was similar but it only have vinyl. There were lots of old posters rolled up and laying up in a loft. I would love to go rummaging up there. Great store to check out if you are in Denver. Here is a picture.
Very cool carmangary. I would love to go shopping there. We have some friends that live in the Denver area, I think a visit may be in order soon.
My cuz in Denver told me about this place, and I’ve been dying to go ever since. Man, oh man, oh man.
I went there 11 years ago. Picked up some cool stuff. (well, the stuff was cool 11 years ago…)
Yep. That thar’s the original. I like how they kept the look going, even after almost 30 years.
yes, i’m glad to see that w.t.1-3 is still around and in such a beautiful neighborhood[cool], (when i first arrived there i asked a guy for a cig, who was on one side of a fence and all i could see was his torso, he said he was out but then a hooker pops her head out from nowere givin’ him a b.j. and gives me a cig,) anyway whhile i was in CO. i went to those 3 in denver and one really small store in boulder on the hill (i think it was boulder) anyway was that the original store boulder,co ?
