Yeah, I never even followed BMX but that dude pretty much solely put it on the map. He was really a giant of the sport for both performance and opening up its visibility.
He was kind of the Tony Hawk of BMX. I don’t know anything of his personal life, but it’s really sad whenever anyone takes his/her own life.

Yeah, He had his own video game after Tony hawk. That guy WAS BMX. A shame, really. he had two daughters and a beautiful wife. Seemed like he had everything going for him. I wonder if he left a note. They’re not saying.
