[reply][reply]gunnar[blue],[/blue] plain and simple[blue],[/blue] you both suck[blue][strike],[/strike][/blue] [blue]…[/blue] [red]Ellipses are always periods (although, really they are smaller than periods, and some computer keyboards have special commands to get the three little dots) and they are always grouped in groups of three (4 if you’e ending the sentence too, but you would only have one group of four) Check this out … … … … … … … Get it? [/red]
and yet again, a big fail. He even fucked up the ellipses.
FIFY So you could practice your punctuation.[/reply]
Come on, Man! If you’re gonna pick on his failed ellipses couldn’t you also please ask him to capitalize “Gunnar”? It is my NAME afterall. But aside from that, I’m pretty sure the first word in a sentence should always start with a capital letter. I might be wrong, but I’m pretty sure I’m right.
Anyway, punctuation and grammar is gay. Let’s get back to discussing giant mutant twins and Jean Claude Van Damme![/reply]
I thought he was referring to the clone. Lower casing it so we knew he was talking about the clone. I’m probably wrong about the clone.
I’m petty sure there’s a deleted scene from Natural Born Killers where Mickey and Mallory murder the Barbarian Brothers with chainsaws or something equally gruesome.
This is true. In the deleted scenes of the Director’s Cut.

Really? I have the directors cut (I can’t believe what a difference those 20 minutes make) and I don’t remember that scene. I’ll have to bust that back out.
FYI it was like The Karate Kid but with guitars instead of karate.
Them Hollywood guys!!!
Crossroads was a great film, a bit of a departure for Walter Hill from the likes of Red Heat, Southern Comfort and 48Hrs, but a great film nonetheless. When i saw it i picked up my shitty acoustic guitar that i hadn’t bothered learning to play and thought i’d be some kind of lightning boy. I wasn’t, and the guitar went into the attic. [:)]
It’s not in the actual movie, just in the special features. But you can only get it on the Director’s Cut edition of DVD/Blu.
I must check my old dvd, i can’t remember if i ever saw the scene or just read about it. The film was actually banned here on video, i saw it a few times in the cinema but before it could be released on video there were some murders that resulted in NBK and Reservoir Dogs not being allowed to be released. They eventually did come out though. I had pirate copies that had been recorded from the imported laserdiscs anyway, so i wasn’t that bothered.
I think this is B.S. - Am i right? Anyways, coming from DC, and playing with some of the harDCore bands/ex-members, i’ve gotten to know some of them. Dave was very nice when i met him. He could sit on his ass and do nothing, but talk about a driven guy. Even though i’m no Foo Fighters fan, saving that Sound City board was great. If you have yet to see the documentary on that, you suck.
Walter Hill has been behind some of the most interesting ‘thinking man’s movie disguised as a ridiculous 80s action piece’ films ever.[/reply]
I think we probably have mentioned it, yeah, i know we’ve talked about Walter Hill on another topic, but yeah, he is an absolute master of thrillers. I love his work, he makes the most manly films ever. Out of all of them i think Extreme Prejudice might be my favourite, it’s just fantastic.
[reply]Ok , Ladies.I have a life, I don’t spend all my time on a board all day talking shit.So i said Dave sucks so what .each to there own.deal with it.
I am sorry, but I am unable to deal with this.[/reply]
Agreed. Was up until the early hours of this morning grappling with the implications of the above mentioned statement and what possible ramifications this rather sudden and unexpected turn of events may have on my life in the coming days.
I will consult with various contacts I have made here over the years - people of great influence and social standing - before deciding on what to do next…
