I had to wash the taste of relapse from my ears and play something listenable. Revco’s Creep is the shit. I never noticed till i checked it out high as giraffe pussy with headphones and the bass pumped up. It feels so alive and trance inducing.
Love it. I prefer Butcher Flower’s Woman, but yeah. Also “high as giraffe pussy”. Gotta remember that one.
Aye, this track never got the love it deserves. This + NWO are often the best Ministry and related songs for running. That looped feedback with the beat does it for me every time.
I feel same way about “Sergio” especially the extended mix. The production of the drums is great on this track, fkk I miss those days.
Dirt is the best track off the album. I’d like to hear that and Sergio get remastered. Linger Ficken Good was the beginning of the end for RevCo. Chris Connelly may like his and the rest of the band’s half of the album but this was highly disappointing for a major label debut. Sergio, Sexy and Dirt were the best. I guess I’d have to give Creep another listen cuz I haven’t heard it in awhile. I also kinda like Gila Copter as an intro. But that album kinda bridges the gap between RevCo and RamCo.
LFG is still awesome sauce, everything after that under revco was lame
