I really wanted to like this… but its… just… awful. the guitar isn’t even in time with the drums. vocals are shit. i didn’t even make it to the solo. My opinion only consists of listening to the first two verses.
It’s balls, i hate the singing and drumming, and the guitarist seems to be going for a late-period Pantera sound with all the mad effects on the solo. Pretty bad, some nice guitar at points though.
The signing is awful.
Serj singing something originally sang by Ozzy and doing terrible at it? I for one don’t find this shocking in the slightest, and anyone who’s heard System Of A Down’s cover of “Snowblind” should agree.

Really? I thought the guitar work and music itself was really not all that bad. but Serj just wrecks that song. I don’t think all the white coofin guitars in the world that jam the hardest could fix the ruin that is Serj’s vox on that song

The only reason I didn’t give up after the first 10 seconds was because I was amused by the hilarious comments, 99% of which echoed our sentiment that this is pure crap.

the drums are all over the place, or what some people call “overplaying”, no taste whatsoever
the bass you can barely hear, in the original it was making the track “bounce”
the rest… i dont know, it just sucks
The vocals sound weird too, like it was recorded from Rock Band 2 instead of properly mixed into the song.
Also, it’s been my dream since college to record an industrial/ska version of Crazy Train. One day…
