Collectors?

Grmps.

Gimme a Bad Blood single.

[laugh]

Seriously, fawkin’ BOSS.

If I got a double it’s all yours! I’ll check a little later.

Yee.

[:)]

My Ministry collection is something like all the studio albums save Last Sucker, Rantology, the Rykodisc collections, the live albums, a few boots, a few singles and Twitch on wax, and pretty much every single/promo off of Filth Pig courtesy grmpy.

Got all the Barker stuff, some Cocks, and a whole FUCKTON of Pigface.

I’ve also got that Skrew record Al was on. Good album.

Sorry dude, I just checked, my double is What about us…
also noticed I forgot to mention Largo but I don’t think Al had anything to do with that recording… I also have the skrew Dusted CD and a couple other cds that Al makes an appearance on in some form or another… Optimum Wound Profile, New industrial compilation. (rabies, of course)

Al wasn’t on any Connelly solo release, unless of course you consider Initials C.C.

And I think the show you’re referring to was the 04 Tremont show, Charlotte…

Since Grump has most of the cds covered (and since my collection of all the MIXXX stuff is pretty lacking), here’s a big chunk of my vinyl. I’ve got more that I could dig out, and left out a lot of the releases that differ only by catalog numbers or other very small differences, but this should cover most of it. I had forgotten that there were so many vinyl releases that I just never bothered tracking down - like the black cover Stigmata 12", the JBMHR 12", Psalm 69 LP, etc. Anyway, if anyone cares, here you go:

Most?!! What was I missing? (other than the greatest tricks cd and the Warner Pre release with a white tray liner and no booklet cover for Filth Pig that was in my truck.)
Also,
WHERE DID YOU GET A JUST 1 FIX 12 INCH???
how much did you pay, if you don’t mind me asking?
I was going to post my vinyl too but maybe not now with that post of yours…

Yeah, I finally tracked down that 12" on ebay quite a few years back. Like most Ministry rarities, it came pretty cheap - like maybe $5 or so. It’s just a question of finding them.

I’d have to look through the cds to see if there’s anything missing. Did you ever manage to track down that Darker Side Of Live?

I know a dude selling one for 50 bucks… what do you think? worth it? (it’s in excellent condition)

nope neither that or the Live at Waldrock or lollapalooza II… but I remember you saying you didn’t think they were silver bottom cds but cdrs… not too concerned with cdrs, the only reason I have the 2 cdrs that i do, is because I was under the impression that they were silver discs when I bought them and it was easier to get some of my money back and keep them rather than send them back. could you post picks of those 3 I’m missing if they’re silver bottoms? I don’t even know what the covers look like.

Would you mind listing what is what in the With Sympathy era? I’m currently collecting all the pre-Twitch era vinyls. There are definitely a few there I don’t recognize, espcially some of the Work for Love variances.

I just bought a limited I Wanted to Tell Her 12" that has etched logos on the flipside, as well as the japan 7" of work for love with the nice tux shot! [cool]

Nice!!!

awesome stuff i have the just one fix on 12 inch to love your early stuff very cool

Would you mind listing what is what in the With Sympathy era?

Sure.

pic 1: The top two are Arista samplers from 83. They most likely released one of these every month or two featuring different tracks from the top bands they were promoting. There are at least two versions featuring Ministry. The bottom 2 are the 2 different versions of the Halloween Remix/Nature Of Outtakes (die cut and not).

pic 2: All Cold Life 12"s. Red gatefold, UK version on Situation 2, the original brown version with and without the “Primental” sticker. Other than the UK version, the actual 12"s are identical for all of these. Somewhere I’m convinced there’s a version of the brown sleeve without Primental, but I’ve never been able to turn up one.

pic 3: All 4 colors of the All Day 12"

pic 4: All versions of the With Sympathy/Work For Love album: UK version, US version, German version, test pressing

pic 5: The top two are both the Work For Love (Extended)/Work For Love (Dub) tracklisting. The left being a European pressing, the right is a German pressing. The bottom 2 are the more common WFL (extended)/WFL/For Love tracklist. Left is the US version, right is German.

pic 6: I Wanted To Tell Her with the embossed “M” on side B, IWTTH French version (IWTTH extended/Toungue Tied Mix), IWTTH Austrailian version (IWTTH extended/IWTTH Toungue Tied mix/A Walk In The Park), IWTTH Promo version (IWTTH/IWTTH Dub/Revenge/Effigy). I left out the IWTTH US version. The pic sleeve is pretty much the same as the French version, but without the “Maxi Single” at the top and with the extra track “A Walk In The Park”.

pic 7: Work For Love/For Love UK pressing, Work For Love promo version (possibly test pressing. The 12" hasthe same generic Arista label as the embossed IWTTH above), Revenge 12", Revenge promo 12"

pic 8: WFL acetate, Over The Shoulder acetate, Burning Inside acetate, IWTTH "mother record"metal version.

pic 9: UK No Devotion, US No Devotion, original recalled No Devotion sleeve, You Often Forget

pic 10: Cold Life rerelease, Nature Of Love, All Day test pressing, Special Affect LP

And for the 7"s, from left to right, top to bottom:

JBMHR 7", Pailhead No Bunny/I Will Refuse, Special Affect Mood Swings, Revenge/Revenge 7", IWTTH/IWTTH 7", IWTTH/A Walk In The Park, Revenge 7", IWTTH US 7", IWTTH Aussie 7"(this originally came with the same picture sleeve as the Aussie 12" above. Just haven’t tracked one down with the sleeve yet), Work For Love/For Love UK 7", Cold Life UK 7" (Not sure if this version was sold with a picture sleeve or not. I’ve never been able to track one down), Work For Love Japaneese 7"

Awesome! Thanks for the info! I’m trying to track down the Work For Love (top left) german pressing with the different picture sleeve with the shapes. I found one on discogs that was made in Benelux, that only has the ext and dub versions. Is that the one?

Not sure if that’s the one or not. Mine’s on Arista, not Benelux. None of my Work For Love’s are distibuted by them. Did they give you a catalog number?

And that happens to be one of the ones I noticed I have a second copy of. I’d probably hook you up with it decently cheap. Ended up with duplicates of a few others, so let m know which others you still need. PM me and we’ll see if we can work somthing out.

How many Just 1 fix 12 inches were made? is 50 bucks too much?

It can be seen here

Benelux is the country and the cat # is 600 755 on Arista/Ariola. There isn’t a picture though. So your copy is the first that I’ve seen.

I also have an extra I Wanted To Tell Her US promo 12" Cat # AD 1-9102. Includes title track and tongue tied mixes only. Comes in a company sleeve (the same as the revenge/effigy/Iwtth promo).

The hentai-inspired Work for Love art is the best thing.

[cool]

Sucksess.

NICE!!!

I’d never seen that “I Will Refuse” single. Very cool.

I have a quick question for anyone who owns the original gray/brown sleeve vinyl for I’m Falling/Cold Life.

I know “Primental” isn’t listed on the sleeve itself. Is it listed on the labels on the record itself?

I have the 2nd release in the red envelope sleeve and it lists the track on the side 1 label.

Bisquitofdoom stated that the records are identical, but some say the vinyl doesn’t list the track on either side A or B, but it is still on there.

Can anyone clear this up?
