Been waiting a long time for this:

A 16 dvd box set tracing the live history of the mighty Coil.

Cost me AU$370 but worth every cent.

Call me mad but whatever.

Check out the clips - some are totally insane.

Cannot recommend this highly enough - but I understand the price thing (hey, I’m a bachelor, don’t have kids, a mortgage, don’t go on fancy holidays or to fancy restaurants, got a car for free (hand me down)…gotta spend my money on something!!!)

Can’t wait til late May when it’s finally delivered - I hope there are no hold ups!!!

Huh, last thing I expected to see at a Coil live show was a naked lady on stage dancing…

Cool looking set, I’d be lying if I said I weren’t a little envious Peligro!

Yes, totally stoked about this - well worth the cash, baby.

One of the few bands I’d bother spending this amount of moola on.

I bought the TG 24 box set which was twice as much and probably half as good as this is going to be.

Very anticipation worthy!!

Good on you man, I, unfortunately, have a kid, pay rent, earn shit all, love fancy restaurants, wear nice clothes and drive a petrol guzzling racing car and have an excellent collection of hats. I also wear women’s scarves. But knowing that high fliers like yourself are out there indulging in the coil box set helps me sleep easy. I don’t really know what I’m trying to say here, but relish it, as I will never be able to afford it.

This looks really interesting. Coil has so much amazing stuff. It’s quite daunting.

I’m going to lash out and get this in the next week or so. It’s alot of money to spend on a release but something like this doesn’t come along everyday.

I love Coil and will forever rue the day I missed the opportunity to see them in London some ten years ago.

‘Don’t worry’ I said to myself ‘I’m sure the opportunity will come up again one day’

Slap my forehead in disgust.

On Monday night we were robbed.

Got into the garage and one of our cars - tried to break into the house.

Also broke into our neighbour’s house.

I saw their car didn’t get the license plate.

Damn junkie thieves.

Those videos clips up on Threshold House have got me seriously itchin’ for this thing to arrive.

Could this be the ultimate 2010 release??

It’s hard to see anything topping this - even a new Aphex Twin triple lp.
