although shocked to see the De La Soul is still a group. thought they broke up years ago… like in the 90’s. (I also thought for a while that they reformed as the gorillaz, since nobody was allowed to see the gorillaz faces and some of the beats seem reminiscent of old De La Soul songs

I think it’s the worst line-up yet. Gorillaz as a headliner? There’s maybe 7 bands total from all three days that I’d actually want to see. $269 for a 3-day pass, no thank you.

Awful, awful line up.
Has beens, wanna be’s and never were’s.
Once upon a time festival line ups like Coachella used to be something to look forward to.
Hahaha. Harsh. I must have forgotten where I was. I think it sounds fun. I like a lot of trance and electronic live. A lot of non electronic acts there I also wouldn’t mind seeing, especially FNM.
Also, I’m dead set on going to a big festival this year. If another one has a better lineup that’s where I’ll be.
Honestly, I haven’t heard over half of the bands on the full lineup, so it’s possible I’d like some of the obscure bands that are playing. The ones that interest me the most:
deadmau5 (only heard “Alone With You”, like it)
Echo (on my have-not-seen list)
PiL (probably nostalgic, but their reunion setlist was pretty good)
The Specials (since it appears to be the original Hall lineup)
Devo (have not seen yet)
Faith No More (haven’t seen…erm, is Patton in this lineup?)
Gary Numan (amazing show in '98, would be cool again)
Not worth the $ to watch them play abbreviated 45-minute sets.
