Pretty bummed about this…I know there were a couple fans here…they keep dropping like flies…
I just stopped in here to post about this. I wasn’t a huge CV fan but I acknowledge their crucial importance to much of the music I listen to now. A shame.
Yeah that’s the thing about Cab Voltaire…even if you aren’t a huge fan there is no doubting their vast influence…and of course there is the one off they did with Ministry(Acid Horse)…a shame more music didn’t come out of that collab…one single seems incredibly insufficient…

Very sad news. I’ve picked up several records of theirs over the years. Definitely had a unique sound in the industrial realm.
I saw the news last night. While I’m not a big CV fan, I do have a couple albums. I do have to give a nod to their influence on a lot of the music I like. Sad news indeed.
Guttted by this, he was easily one of my favorite artists and his music has given me a ton of joy over the years. RIP
