I am not a spokesperson for this (I have never even met another FA in real life who I could speak candidly with about these issues—though the old drummer in Nursing Home was an FA in denial).
I want to stress though that any “community” which might exist is mostly online centered around a site called Dimensions. This is supplemented by events where these people gather at hotels and such—no I do not attend this shit. And by plus size night club events in major cities which I have not attended either because it seems to be ugly old 40+ women and horny black men.
