Returns Aug 11 Sundays 9/8C
Walt dies in the end as does Hank.
Walt probably will die. Looks like his cancer is back too. Guessing he’ll probably go out in a blaze of glory.
Jessie will marry and live happily ever after.
Walt’s son will carry the torch and be kingpin.
First half of S5 is supposed to start streaming on Netflix this weekend (Aug 3rd) for those like myself who need catching up.
Does anyone find themselves watching the entirety of “Face Off” once a month or so every so often?
…fuckin great

For some reason, I think Jesse will have a happy ending and get to restart his life. I don’t think they can kill of Walt Jr. I wouldn’t be surprised if he finds out the truth about his father though. Hank and Walt will definitely die.

Yeah I definitely want Jesse to have a happy ending because he’s so likeable and his character really is a good person at heart, but I think based on the message that Meth destroys your life it’s not gonna happen.
I agree walt is dying. The same way a high school chemistry teacher came for Gus Fring someone is coming for the high school chemistry teacher. Gus was waaaaaay more careful than walter has been and yet he was still able to be killed
for 5 and a half seasons everything has worked out for Walt. I mean a few curveballs aside every plan has worked or he’s called an audible and the audible has worked. I think his luck has run out and the people around him start dying. Walt Jr is just an easy target because he’s a minor character and yet he carries so much weight, and would completely fuck walter up without really having to rewrite story line at his absence. really his exit would just serve to develop walt’s character even more
Cranston is a stellar actor. Cranston went from from a Hal character (in Malcolm in the middle) to a fucking drug lord! and there is a noticeable change in character between the two. you’d think they aren’t even the same actor.
I’m excited. I haven’t been excited over a tv show in years. probably decades.

LOL…yeah, I’m really looking forward to the last 8 episodes.
So who saw the new episode?!?!
So I guess “spoiler alert”; if you aren’t caught up you may want to skip over this. But that was an amazing way to start up again. So many key story points tied back in, the last 7 episodes are going to be packed with action.
1.) The intro with Walt back @ his house.
The cancer is back but he has hair. And his house is in ruins but he his still free (and packing a cache of weapons).
Often the intros give glimpses into the future (like the eyeball in the pool) so I can’t wait to see how he ends up there.
2.) The blow up (and admission) with Hank in the garage.
3.) Pinkman is losing it
Not stoked on how this is playing out. I like Jesse…but he is obviously unraveling. The show has always done an exceptional job of surprising me with unexpected twists. But if Walt dies I would currently guess that Pinkman kills him. It is my feeling that he will blame Walt for everything. And that killing him is the only real way to make peace, or pay his debt for everything he has done.
2.) The blow up (and admission) with Hank in the garage.
That scene was awesome. Walt had the punch coming to him. When Hank said “I don’t know who I’m talking too” is classic.

******SPOILERS
he didn’t admit to anything… Although his veiled threat was superb “if you don’t know who i am then I suggest you tread lightly”
the line read on that was sparkling.
I think Walt may kill Jesse because he will end up being too much of a liability. Walt has become addicted to power and because so I think he may kill hank as well.

Yeah tread lightly is golden. Since Jessie can’t let go of the past, he is kinda making Walt think about him being a liability. Jessie will probably kill Walt after finding out Walt killed Mike! It can really go either way.

well because hank is at his boarded up house by himself I suspect He’s already killed Jessie and hank and who knows why his wife and son aren’t around. Maybe they’re dead maybe walt jr has learned the truth and has fled with his mom. I suspect the risen might be for himself but then again that’s a horrible way to die if he plans on ingesting it… so many angles to go. I’m so ready for sunday!

That episode was brilliant and well paced. I was gonna resurrect a dead thread Sunday but wasn’t sure.
I love that it picked up and lit a fire up under my ass at the end of the episode. Looking forward to this a lot now, especially since they clearly aren’t wasting time getting down to business.
The thing I’ve been thinking about quite a bit lately (and since season 5 part 1 ended) is that I really think there’s going to be a lot of people pissed off regardless of how the show ends. Because all of the episodes leading up to that final episode… damn, it’s like looking at the absolute best porn for 40+ years and then finally getting to climax. *

It was great. I wouldn’t be surprised if Jesse killed Walt. Especially if he finds out all of the other things Walt has done behind his back and lied about (poisoning the kid, killing mike, etc.). Lydia is one paranoid chick. So I wouldn’t be surprised to see something happen from that.
And the interaction between Walt and Hank was priceless.
