bloodlines

Crap. Maybe I’ll have to check it out.

But Also the version of “Supernaut” on that disc absolutely destroys the shitty original Trent Reznor one.

Blasphemy

Wow it’s funny how my opinion on this song has changed. I just listened to this again and, looking back, I think this is one of the best things Jourgensen did post-Barker.

Wasn’t this track actually done with Barker? If memory serves I think it was an outtake from the Dark Side sessions or something, wasn’t it in AI as an instrumental track or something too?

Actually that might make more sense if Barker was involved as the track actually sounds like a proper Ministry song with time spent carefully fine tuning and mixing everything, layering etc.

I just didn’t think he’d rip his own bassline off so blatantly.

More so than can be said for the more recent stuff…

(My favorite version of “So What”, by the way, is the live one on ‘Greatest Fits’ the studio one from ‘Mind’ is just plain weak…)

Absolutely!

I believe the track you are talking about was Lockbox, which was titled Dead Practice on the credits

i just gave this song another chance…and it still sucks [:)]

barker definitely had nothing to do with this.

That song was made after houses was finished. That’s probably Max’s sound you’re mistaking for Barker

according to the credits i’ve seen, max isn’t even involved. the only other person credited is mike scaccia.

I like Bloodlines quite a bit. It rips of Dub and So What…how could I not like it?

I think it doesn’t suck but it isn’t good either.
Mediocre.

You know you may be right lord lard now that i think about it max last song with them was tv 4. I like how the electronics are buried but mixed nicely with the groove of the song i still think that that’s max he just did not get credit, something that suposedly happens alot in that camp
