Black Sabbath are set to make a special announcement next week.

New Black Sabbath Ep “The End” is up for download and is streaming online.

4 unreleased songs and live tracks.

Am I the only one who thought the last LP wasn’t as good as the songs that ended up cut from the LP? I like the Best Buy 2CD version way more than the real thing

I thought they were good but not quite as good as the album tracks. On the EP i think tracks 3 and 4 are the best, the first 2 are more like Ozzy songs.

there live show from minneapolis , mn 1/25/16 is up on youtube.

I saw that they played HAND OF DOOM at the show one of my buddies went to about a week ago. That there is worth the price of admission in my book.

Thanks. I got a timeout from that link, but it’s cool - I found it on a different shady music site. Looks like right now they’re only planning to sell it at shows, but since they’re not playing my town I feel no guilt about swiping it.

Yeah, same here. I’ve no way of hearing it because i doubt they’ll play here, so no guilt about downloading, hahaha.

BLACK SABBATH RULES!!!

I just saw them play in Vegas. I honestly had the bar set super low because of Ozzy’s health issues. I thought there was a 50/50 shot that the show would even go on as scheduled. But it did . . . and it was FUCKING AMAZING!!!

They opened with “Black Sabbath” and Ozzy sounded better than he had in well over 10 years. His howling was haunting.

And Geezer and Iommi . . . nothing need be said. They are always on point and were in great form. Iommi looked happy, relaxed, and well. I hope he’s as great as he looked and sounded. Love all three of those cats.

Tommy Clufetos filled in Ward’s spot with passion and personality. He didn’t just ape the original vibe but had his own flair too . . . and he is insane. He looked kind of like Animal from the Muppet Show at times. He was smiling the whole time and just going nuts on the drums. His drum solo was killer too.

The set list (I’ll post it shortly) was good, but just a couple tracks shorter than other gigs from this tour. We didn’t get any tracks from “13”.

Highlights for me included “Black Sabbath”, “Into the Void”, “Hand of Doom”, and “Behind the Wall of Sleep”.

I’m avoiding all mentions of Black Sabbath on the internet like crazy these days. The Montreal show is on Tuesday, and I can’t wait.

It’s the first time in years that I am going to a a show with no idea of the setlist, so I’m really excited. (except for the ones Gunnar mentioned, and I kinda figured most of those). Except for Hand Of Doom, which someone spoiled for me already.

Went to MSG last night…damn good show… basically the above!

Apparently no tracks from 13 this tour.

Not at my gig, but earlier ones had “God is Dead” and one other I forget. I kind of just assumed our set two weeks ago was truncated just slightly following Ozzy’s health issues.

REVCO - did you get any 13 tracks?

Nothing from 13 in Montreal. We did get After Forever though… which was a nice surprise.
