You had said in the other Barker thread, that he does alot out here in Cali. Is any of that work in the public forum, like DJing and what not? or is it all producing, mixing, engineering. Basically, I’m asking where can I go see him.Do you have a list of dates or can you get one? There are a few of us Cali folks on the board that wouldn’t mind seeing him Spin some tunes.

No. I do not get offended by these things - I was pointing it out how it wasn’t true, that’s all. But regardless, I’m not one who is sensitive towards these things. I’m not at all a religious person.
I showed him a couple of questions on the laptop but we were pressed for time which is why he couldn’t look at the questions in details. In my stupidity I showed him the question (by mistake) posted by gila, that asked, " truth behind all these rumors that al kicked him out because of stealing, etc etc". Paul waved his hand in a dismissive manner like “pure garbage” and smirked and then moved away from the laptop. It was stupid of me not to have read that properly before he saw it. I am very embarrassed about this. He was done with reading the questions at this point - I think it put him off.
I asked him about Anvil and he said, if i remember correctly, it was a possibility but the problem is that he has so much going on currently. I think he wants to but time is lacking. But the interest is still there.
I am talking him into releasing a sample on this page of that song “Perfect Pair” - he liked the idea. He just has to give me the final go ahead.

It’s unfortunate they are over as a team, but if anything comes out of all this, it’s that we should see more music especially when Paul releases his stuff (so far not much from him).
I would’ve taken it that way, as well, if I didn’t know specifically what he was referring to.
I really can’t wait for new Barker material! Whether it be the mystery project with Adam Grossman, “new” Pink Anvil, “dark, sludgy” solo stuff - just put it out there!!! Can’t you tell I’m itching to give you my money?

Do you think Al knows/knew about the Paul DJ thing? I know from previous posts that Al locks himself away when he’s working so I’m guessing Mrs J must have mentioned it.
I don’t know if Al knows or not - he is locked in the studio but Mrs Jay wished me luck a few days before the event.
