Looking at the best buy page for the new guns cd, apparently they are offering the option of cover B (which is a bicycle{wtf?}) and cover B which is still not shown. :shudder: I mean i know the record company will never recoup, but what are these comic books? we all gotta buy both covers in case one goes up in value?

if it’s not offered in limited number runs, it won’t go up, even if the album is better than Appetite. (i haven’t heard it, nor even plan on it btw.)
Earlier this morning there were three different covers listed on the Best Buy page, but it looks like version C has disappeared. And version A looks like some bad fan Photoshop.
Still, I don’t care as much about the cover as I do the music on the album.
I love how they are pushing alternate versions of this (supposed) record. I think we all know you’ll be able to get fairly mint copies at the local pawn shops the day after it comes out…
well this isn’t the first time… I know Korn did this with their Issues cd. metallica did it with different colors for their fine fine St. Anger release… AFI did it with their december underground, but in that case it was a different band members face underneith a pic so you couldn’t see which you were gettting… and then their was that which was the last smashing pumpkins cd, which is a whole nother load of bullshit in and of itself…they’ve marketed like comics for a while
